ilikefree, I like lakeside because of their set shipping price too.

I just tried ordering from Lakeside but it appears that they don't have the buy now pay later option because it is asking for a credit card. I like the other sites because they let you buy on credit. I guess this one doesn't.

When you buy on credit, do you pay the whole amount on a certain due date, or do you pay a lil ata time?

I can't remember how it worked with ABC. I haven't bought anything from them in almost two years. The shipping was too much. I think that you have to pay the full amount and you pay it upon receipt. I'm not exactly sure though so maybe someone else could answer that. I have an account with Masseyscredit and you pay so much a month. For example you can charge up to $200 and your monthly payment would be $20. If you charged $400 it would be $40 a month. The only thing is all they sell is women's shoes.

I ordered in August from both Lakeside Collection and ABC. What I did was go thru the catalog of ABC and pick out what I liked. I then went thru Lakeside to see if they carried the same item. Most of the stuff I wanted was in Lakeside. I saved on shipping by ordering from Lakeside. I still had to order from ABC. In September both my orders were shipped. I recieved my order from Lakeside right away. With ABC they claim that they shipped the items back on September 7. To this date I have yet to recieve. I have called 3 times (Long distance and they keep you on hold for ever!!!). The first women told me the box was big and that was the hold up??? I told her the box would not get smaller. She told me to wait until October 1. Which I did, I then called again and the guy told me he would put the order in again but he had to wait until 21 days from September 15th before he could trace the package. VERY STRANGE. So he put the order in but they only allow $100.00 outstanding so of course they had to put the new order on HOLD. So I called again to find out why. He said that they did put a tracer on it but they won't know for 21 days, I siad it doesn't take 21 days to trace a package. He said they can't trace for 21 days. I have no idea if I will get my stuff or not. AND I am really bummed because these were X-mas gifts. So good luck w/ ABC

I've never had a problem like that with ABC. I hope they get your stuff to you soon. I would be so mad. lol
I think with LTD it says your full payment is due within 10 days after you receive you items. Thats about how it was with ABC too.
I have a book for LTD & a book for Lakeside and they have pretty much the same stuff. The only thing is I can order from LTD and pay later and I can't with Lakeside. So, I think I will go with LTD for some items. I know I couldjust wait until I had the money and place my order but if I do that I never seem to have it when I want/need it. This way it would be like a bill and has to be worked into the budget. LOL I hope that made sense.
