How to discontinue Callwave??? A phone number? - Big Big Forums

I need to get in touch with Callwave for my friend. She had Callwave on her computer. 6 months ago she quit using her computer...cancel her internet entirely , and might I add....without going through the 'proper way to cancel Callwave". In the meantime she is still being charged $7.95 a month on her charge card. Does anyone know how to get in touch with them by phone. Thanks.

The customer service number is: 1-866-470-1856, for call wave. I think she has to do it.

If she still has the callwave icon, it means it is still on her pc, internet or no, and that is why she is still being billed for it. She needs to just go in and uninstall it.
