Finally...I am going to be a first time Auntie. My sister is pregnant with her first baby and found out it is a boy. We are all happy. My mom is overjoyed because it is her first grandbaby. Her due date is Sept 8th and hopefully he is right on tiem, because I plan on being there for the birth and took a vacation that week. He just not get any ideas to come any earlier. My sis lives in Michigan and I live in Oklahoma. So wish us luck.


My husband and I have been trying for our first with no luck. It has been a year and on Friday, my doc will send us to get tested and make sure the both of us are good!! Please keep us in your prayers!! Thanks ahead of time.

Being an aunt is great...I became an aunt for the first time when I was 21. I remember when my dad called me up in college and said, "Your sister in law had a boy!" Now that boy is nearly 18...and we get along very well, when I see him...he has a wacky sense of humor. I have gone on to be an auntie to another 5 nephews, one niece and one undecided (my brother in law's g/f is due in Dec over in England).

It's also cool you can spoil them then send them on their way.....lol....
