8 glasses of water question
ok I know it's good if we drink 8 glasses a water a day but how much is that in ounces?
Reason I am asking is because I drink Fruit2o and it's a 20 oz bottle

8 ~ 8 oz. so it would be 64 oz I believe
HTHSometimes it is hard to let go of a memory, especially if you remind yourself of it everyday.

I believe it adds up to 64 oz.
I heard somewhere that they consider 8 oz. as a glass, so 8x8=64
And doesn't 64 oz. make a gallon?Mom to 4 little monkeys

That's about how much I drink a day.
I swear it is the only reason why my legs and ankles have not swelled up while being pregnant
