Iq Vs Common Sense
A few years ago, there was a Mensa convention in San Francisco and a bunch of Mensa members were lunching at a local café. They discovered that their salt shaker contained pepper and their pepper shaker was full of salt. How could they swap the contents of the bottles without spilling, and using only the implements at hand? Clearly this was a job for Mensa!
The group debated and presented ideas, and finally came up with a brilliant solution involving a napkin, a straw, and an empty saucer. They called the waitress over to dazzle her with their solution.
"Ma'am," they said, "We couldn't help but notice that pepper shaker contains salt and the salt shaker--"
"Oh," the waitress interrupted. "Sorry about that." She unscrewed the caps of both bottles, switched them, and said, "Will that be one check or separate?"

My first thought was to switch the tops...LOL!
I was always with the 'bright kids' growing up and know that I am fairly intelligent. My best friend was brilliant...really. She has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and has an incredible mind.
However...this woman has absolutely no common sense. She is a total flake.
I also used to work with medical doctors...who were also brilliant. However, not one of them had a lick of common sense. Things like paying bills, renewing car registration, etc. were completely out of their comprehension.
Sometimes I think I would rather choose common sense.
Never argue with an idiot. It will bring you down to his level and he’ll win because of experience.
