Thread: How many people get magazines from magcentral and valumags and ?

I always use paypal, or a one time debit card when doing cheap magazine subscriptions. I never use my credit card, because some of them will automatically renew and I don't want to go through the hassle.

And from my experience the magazines just stop coming once your time is up. If you happened to get it free sometimes it stops before your actual subscription is over and they send you notices to try to get you to subscribe again. They think some people are stupid because if you look on the front of your subscription heading it says the month your subscription expires, and I guess some people don't pay any attention to it.

The source tried to do that to me, they stopped sending for a while and sent alot of subscribe notices,but later sent the magazine because my free subscription wasn't up.

I also am a magazine newbie....I've visited www.magscentral.com and there's never anything but a brief discription, no links to go see other parts of the site or anything. Does it only change when there's a free mag offer or does everyone else get into the site a different way? just wondering and would appreciate any help, also, whats valuemags? which sites are best?

me too-I never sign up 4 any that take cc info so I know I'll just stop getting the one I didn't renew.

The magazines I get, when the subscription is up, I get the usual cardstock cover that says "this is your last issue"**

I get hubby bunches of free magazines from freebizmags. When you go there after a while, they will say is this new or a renewal. You have to qualify. I say I'm a teacher (I teach my grandkids about life) or a horticulturist (I do lots of gardening). I realize this is stretching it but it is not lying.

I also am getting a ton of free magazines. I just tear up the renewal forms as well. I never have given a credit card either. After we read the magazines, I take them to work and there are a bunch of people eagerly awaiting them.
