Thread: no more internet coupons allowed at my supermarkets

I work in a grocery store and I was just having this debate with our Manager . They are completely legit so if they don't want my coupons I will not buy the products. I would go somewhere else. Right now we have a list of fake ones we are not allowed to take but we can still take them. We'll see how long it lasts though.

I live in Ohio and None of the Walmarts are taking any anymore.

I saw on the news the other day that some local Foodland stores have posted a notice that they will no longer accept printed coupons. I guess the stores are losing thousands of dollars from the fraudulant ones. I can't copy the article cuz of copywrite laws, but here is the link:

I live in Alabama, went to Food World yesterday, they had a notice up saying they no longer take coupons printed off of the computer because there have ben to many fake ones.

I also noticed a sign at Harris Teeter in NC saying they will not accept the internet coupons.

It stinks that some rotten apples gotta spoil it for all of us!

It is very unfortunate that someone has taken a good thing and ruined it. Internet coupons were a very good thing, unfortunately it looks like it is back to clipping. I haven't seen any notices in my area, but I am sure it is only a matter of time
