OOOH! Remember Colorforms? Do they even sell those any more? I remember having a VERY hard time finding them for my dot. When I was a kid, the kits were huge, tons of pieces came in the box. We had a lot of different ones. Probably don't sell them any more, choking hazard. Glad we weren't choking risks when we were a kid! And thinking about all these toys, I'm VERY glad there were NO computers or Playstations or Gameboys when I was young.

Oooh widgy, I was JUST thinking about all the penny candy we would buy. We'd get a quarter and walk a few blocks to this little confectionary. Buy TONS of candy for 25c. Candy lipstick, candy cigarettes with papers on them, you blew through them and they 'smoked,' those strips of paper with the little colored dot candies on them!

My son has SpongeBob colorforms. I like the old weebles from the 70's. Kmart sells a newer version but I don't like them. lol

I loved the lincoln logs,silly putty,slinkies,play-dough(i just love to smell it-I bought me some just the other day lol)we also made our own store and made mud pies and used leaves and sticks and rocks(and my kids will not hardly even go outside-they have bikes,trampolines,4-wheelers and they are bored),GI Joe,and I just loved my doll and for the life of me I can not remember her name-she had blonde hair and glasses w/pink and white polka dot body-the little girl off of "Family Affair" had one just like it,I liked the spirograph too-Gosh this brings back memories I could go on and on but I'll spare ya'll the torture lol
