I remember those toy guns! And remember buying a box of caps for cap guns? Silly Putty. I still love that stuff. Could snap it, stretch it. Both my grown kids got it in their stockings last Christmas!

Skip Bo was that thing that went around your ankle, with a ball on the end and you swung it around and hopped it, like a jump rope!
I remember MAKING our own skateboards with roller skate wheels LONG before skateboards were popular. And roller skates, the metal ones that clamped to your shoes and you wore the skate key around your neck!

Ahh the memories... from centuries... I mean decades ago. I remember the Skip-Bo now that you described it. I love silly putty... who could ever forget that unique smell? And the slinky. I could never get mine to "walk" down the stairs though.

My dot has boxes of Rainbow Brite stuff and My Little Pony. (I'm about ready to haul all that over to her place!)
I had the original Barbie, when it first came out. Black & white striped one-piece, coarse, reddish-brown hair. I have boxes and boxes of Barbie stuff (and all the crap that went along with it downstairs) My dot NEVER played with Barbie at all. So IF she ever has a dot, guess where all this is going!?
Remember the Cabbage Patch doll craze? My neighbor spent $100 a piece for several of them for her dot's (Sarah's age) Christmas or b/day the first year they were out. Have a couple of those downstairs too...and Care Bears and - I need to clean my basement out!!

Metal Wheel roller skates, and for the life of me I cannot remember the name of it, or really even how to describe it. But it was a metal U shaped thing you held in your hand, that had a wheel on it, that you rolled back and forth on the frame....someone help!

I had some favorite games...
Gnip Gnop
Hungry Hungry Hippos (the first time it came out)
Rock em Sock em Robots
and how about Socker Boppers...the inflatable toy that you could whack the heck out of your siblings with it.

Wheel-o's, widgy!!
I remember having (as a child) the game Mouse Trap and Operation. YES they came out 35-40 years ago!
I still have my clamp on metal roller skates. But no key.
