Has anybody tried KLB6 for weight loss?
Ok...here goes, I'd like to lose about 20 lbs(going on vacation to the beach in about 3 weeks, I know I won't lose 20 lbs before then, but every little bit helps!) I'm 5'4" 140 lbs. Starting tomorrow I'll be waterlogged with 8 glasses of water a day, and will start walking 2 miles a day on my treadmill (I'll gradually increase the walk distance, when I think I can handle it.) I'm going to try to watch what I eat, but I'm not usually very good at that. I want something that will help the process along, not hop me up on ephedrine.
I have a couple questions for anybody who's tried this. Do you think it works? I've taken apple cider vinegar in the past, with ok results in the first couple weeks, but nothing after that. I've taken trimlife with excellent results, but who can afford that?
Also, I have hypothyroidism, one of the supplements in this tablet stimulates the thyroid to work more efficiently. I currently take a thyroid stimulating hormone(Which helps me maintain my current weight), and I'm wondering if I should cut that down if I take the KLB6. I don't want to ask my doctor that question, because she will rag on me for taking a diet aid, and I have to look at her everyday since she's a doc at the practice I work at(It's bad enough I have to hear her tell me how bad it is that I smoke!).
Please post if you've tried it, I can't seem to find any reviews, good or bad, of this concoction. I'd love to hear some before/after stories. I'm trying to catch the Puritan's Pride B1G2 offer before it expires, but don't want 3 bottles of KLB6 if it has no benefit. If there's another reasonably priced diet aid that you've tried, please let me know!
Sorry this is so long!
Thanks,
Ginny

I've never tried what you're talking about, but my physical therapist said the distance you walk is of little difference, it's the amount of TIME you walk (or do any exercise), you're body doesn't actually start to burn callories until you have worked out for atleast 20 minutes. She said to do 30 minutes for 2 days, then 40 minutes and so forth until I get worked up to my goal (of 2 hours if I chose walking, 1 hour for more strenuous workouts). Just thought I'd share this, but ultimately the decision is up to you. Good luck!!
Oh, and as much as you don't wanna, you really should ask your dr before you take something that could mess you up... just tell her, I'm asking for medical advice ONLY!

Klb6
I started taking my KLB6 tablets, two weeks ago, I always found very difficult to loose weight, so I went on a diet and I started loosing weight but since I started with the KLB6 tablets I am noticing more weight loss I am not sure how much weight I am down since the last time I was weight, two weeks ago, but I was surprised this morning how well my clothes are fitting, I am wearing this morning a top that was hanging in the closet for years so I am very very happy, off course you need to drink water, moderate excersise, I am just walking the dogs, and doing gardering, I am eating normal but tring to be healty but I am not under a strict diet, so I think the tablets are working... I will keep you updated of my results.

Cut out all carbonated drinks. It doesn't matter if it is diet, if its carbonated don't drink it. My sister just did weight loss surgery. That is one of the big NO NO's, for any diet. Something about the carbon gives you a false reading that you are hungry. She had to do a liquid diet two weeks before surgery. Eating nothing that can be chewed. She lost 10lbs just doing that.
So far she is going on almost 100lbs lost!! And looking great!!
Without the surgery and just doing the No carbon and the 2 weeks liquid she lost 20lbs. Anyone can do this. Don't know about the KLB6. But just these two simple things will have you on the road to your 20lbs. BTW she could eat as much liquid as she wanted, and she still lost!

No i ate tomato soup, cream of wheat, i bought the shakes that you mix with milk (skim milk only). I didn't put solid food in the blender use sweet n low for your sweetner (no oatmeal) make your cream of wheat real runny and eat as much as you want and you don't feel hungry at all. No pop at all drink kool-aid and use the artifical sweetner in it to (i like the aldi's sweetner the best taste more like real sugar). Good luck on your diet and if you have any questions pm me!!!

If possible I would consult your Dr before taking or doubling any medicines...
I had a friend who is a vegetable now because of a diet drug.
