I want to make a pork roast
What is a good brand of different seasonings that are in one bottle that will really give it a really good taste. I want it to have a lot of flavor and not be bland. And vegetables too I can add or other things to really make it taste good?

I like to cook it with potatoes and sauerkraut. I do it in the crockpot. I peel the potatoes then cut and layer them in the bottom of the crockpot. I salt and pepper the roast which I put on top of the potatoes then put a can of sauerkraut on top of it and cook for a few hours.

Sounds yummy, BeanieLuvR. I love pork and sauerkraut, but never thought about putting the potatoes in the crockpot. I usually serve mashed potatoes on the side, but your way sounds really good, too.

I used to buy Fiesta brand seasoning for pork, but not sure exactly what it was called. It was very flavorful - I would rub it into the surface of the roast, and also liked to add slivers of garlic in the fat for additional flavor (I love garlic and pork together). Then I would put celery, carrots and onions underneath in a roasting pan, which also added to the flavor. Getting hungry thinking about it
