what theme is your living room?

I was doing americana but then we painted the walls dark red and I decided to do primitive black cats. I have a bunch of stuffed ones from craft fairs and most of my decorations have black cats painted on them. I love it.

It's a hodge podge of things now. No real theme.

It's English Chintz and tons of paintings and prints of women on the walls. The advantage of being single and being able to decorate any way you want.

Victorian. Doofis...my downstair's guest room is Americana, as is the bathroom next to it.

So...Doofis...are you flooding the forum with innocuous threads which can keep things calm around here...LOL (Not that that's a bad thing...)

Mine is done in chaos. It has no theme at all. And DH has 3 computers in it and it drives me nuts!

ours is no specific theme, but a warm color palette - a golden yellow on the walls, a moss green slipcover on the couch, green and khaki on the chair, an old trunk for a coffee table, dark warm-colored woods for the other furniture, and a really pretty rug with deep red, green, khaki, etc. We just moved into a new place, so I was able to start fresh - I really like it.

I guess it would be considered Country. Cream colored walls with blue border at the top that has a native american design on it. Couch is cream, burgandy, and blue. Chairs are blue. Hubby does taxidermy for the park system he works for so one of our tables has a stuffed red fox in it.
