Talking POLL: What do you do with your freebies?

Okay... so I am feeling kind of bored lol

Here's my question to all of you freebie nuts out there.

With all of the freebies you get, what do you do with them all?
Are you a pack rat? Do you sell them? Do you give them away? What!

I am quite active in the community. I use most all of the samples I get for "goodie" baskets for the nursing homes, skilled nursing units and christmas stockeings, etc for children. I just have a big box I throw everything in, then when it comes time to put something together for whatever, I just go thru the box. There always seems to be something going on that I can use them for. Just my little way of giving back.
    Just hav'n fun !!!

what I don't use or share, I throw in a basket and at Christmas time, I put it all in a box for my step-daughter and her family. It is the most exciting present at their house at Christmas. They can hardly wait to see what's in it and start grabbing what they want. It' really fun to watch...

I use mine in a little exchange game we play at Christmas and also for stocking stuffers. I also use them as prizes in the Easter egg hunt I hold for my older children. They think they are to old for an Easter egg hunt, but you're never to old!

I keep some for my first aid/travel kit, some go to my daughter and the rest make excellent gift baskets.

At Christmastime I give a little gift to my all female co-workers. I go to the dollar store and get cute containers and fill em' up with the free samples. Some of the educational stuff goes to the schools, and some goes to "Every Woman's Place" a shelter for abused women and their children.

Well I have a basket of samples in the secong bathroom for over nite guests to use. Some of the things I like I save for myself or for when I travel. The kiddie things are saved for rainy days for the nieces and nephews they get to pick one or two things. The extras, go the area shelter and food pantry to be used there.

    Thumbs up

What I may not actually use on myself, I share with the kiddos at work, my family, and with one of the local shelters. I find that although a lot of the freebies are tiny, to someone who really needs it, they make a big difference.
