*LOL* OK, I would LOVE to go to the Lower 48 gatherings, but ... well .... can't! *LOL* So how many of you want to come to Alaska and visit up north this summer? Call it a mental trip .....

We'll hike on glaciers!

See moose & bears & wolves & coyotes, & eagles, OH MY! *LOL*

Go fishing ... bar hopping (you must see the sights of a small town at night, in the summertime, when the fishing openers are closed for the weekend and the most interesting things come out at night ... heh heh).

We'll even gather and make you your very own pair of moose nugget earrings! *LOL*

Since this is a figment of my imagination (assuming no one can REALLY come up and see me *LOL*) then of course, you can all stay at my house, we'll BBQ salmon, crab, prawns & scallops .... stay up all night since the sun won't go down ...

You can even get a tattoo from my honey! *L*

OK, so WHO is coming to Alaska this summer??? *L*

Well {{{Jaybird******, its the close side, in a round about way! *LOL* If you're going to drive, can I suggest taking the ALCAN whichever way you want to, but head to TOK. When you hit TOK, go south, until you reach Glenallen. When you hit Glenallen, take a left and drive until you hit Valdez. Then load yourself onto one of the ferry boats and take it to my town here on the coast ... only a six hour ferry ride *LOL*

Its a weeklong driving trip from Wash. state or Idaho, so add on extra time from where you are coming from. Course, since this is a cyber-party, you should be here ....

*blink ... blink ...* NOW!!!! *L*

wohoo...i've always wanted to go to alaska...me and my oldest younger bro (he's 4 yrs younger than me) are saving our money so we can take a couple or three wks off from work and drive to alaska to see the auroa borealis (sp)....
