GRRR. It has rained non-stop for the last 24 hours here. It's in the upper 40's and there is NO chance that this is going to turn into snow. We've had 2" of rain so far. That would be OVER 3 feet of SNOW according to the weather people on the news stations. I can't shovel rain. I can't build a rainman. It's really tough making rain icecream. I can't nail my hubby with a rainball. It's really difficult to make rainangels. I can't put a handful of rain down my daughter's shirt (well I can but the effect isn't the same) Rain doesn't cover up the grass and leaves and make everything fresh and clean-looking. Rain doesn't LOOK like winter and Christmas. It looks depressing and gloomy and dirty. Rain sucks.

I LOVE rain!!! It has been raining here off and on for about 3 days now and I love it!! It would be so much better if it were warm though! I will gladly give you ALL the snow we have and will get, which normally isn't a whole lot since I am in Oklhaoma, but the last 2 years have been kinda odd anyways, so who knows!

I normally love rain and thunderstorms. During the months of March-October. The other 4 months are reserved for the fluffy white stuff. Up until a couple weeks ago, it was still in the mid to upper 70's here and my windows were open the first week of December yet. That is ridiculous. I need cold. I want my furnace to run. I want to wear a coat and GLOVES.

But then again, I want to go to the beach for a week too!

Not true Jules! I get rain all the time at my house and my mom lives 5 minutes away and sometimes she doesn't get it!! It always has to end SOMEWHERE!
