Here is a non-poison solution to flour bugs... go out and buy a package of whole bay leaves. Put some in the flour (two or three) and in any other flour-containing stuff (Bisquick, etc.). Then put a couple on each shelf where you have seen them. They will disappear, and won't come back. You will have to put out fresh leaves every couple of months on the shelves, but the ones in the canisters should last longer
