Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said Wednesday that immigrants living in the United States illegally are not going home, and that the U.S. has no practical way of forcing them to leave. “They’re not going home. And so why don’t we give them a path to citizenship?” McCain asked at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy Jr. forum.

But McCain wasn’t done, and said perhaps his most demented statement yet on the subject:

“There are not enough buses to deport them,” he added. “It’s de facto amnesty.”

“If you keep these people in the shadows, it is a stain on America’s honor.“

Simply unbelievable. Who does this maniac represent? Americans or foreign criminals?

And even illegals who don’t commit violent crimes are steeped in lawlessness. Illegal aliens commit employment and financial crimes at far higher levels than Americans. They typically posses fraudulent documents such as counterfeit Social Security cards, forged drivers licenses, fake “green cards,” and phony birth certificates. The only “stain on America’s honor” here is that this pathetic excuse for a man continues to sit in the U.S. Senate, and thanks to the 17th Amendment, Arizonans who want him gone have no way to recall him from that office. Because if they could, they would do so tomorrow.

Joe Biden might have let slip the administration’s plans to stop deportations. While House Republicans have fought against “comprehensive immigration reform” efforts, Democrats have been targeted by illegal alien activists and Obama has been criticized over deportations of illegal aliens.

(I)t was under the same circumstances that Obama changed his position about same sex marriage. The Vice President made an admission that he changed his mind during an interview weeks before Obama announced the same.

Could this be the same plan on halting deportations? It could well be, as Rep. Luis Gutierrez has been threatening such a move for weeks in an attempt to blackmail House Republicans to pass an “immigration reform” bill, under threat of unilateral Obama action.

As Illegal Aliens Infect Border Agents With Scabies’, Feds Say They DON’T SCREEN Illegals for Diseases
Texas is being overrun by illegal aliens like never before. And as the massive wave overwhelms U.S. detention facilities, several dozen U.S. Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley sector have reportedly contracted scabies from contact with detained illegal immigrants.

According to a report by Action 4 News, about 10-15 percent of apprehended illegal immigrants have scabies in the Rio Grande Valley (RVG) area. “A lot of people [are] coming in with the disease, and it seems to be spreading rapidly, not just within the McAllen station, but throughout the Valley and to some of our agents,” Chris Cabrera, a spokesman for the National Border Patrol Council, told the local media outlet. http://www.valleycentral.com/news/st...5#.U4NmRJRdUrw

According to the Associated Press, the RGV sector has arrested more than 130,000 people for immigration violations since October 1 — this marks a 67 percent increase from last year. http://www.themonitor.com/news/local...a4bcf6878.html

And as agents are overwhelmed, Zack Taylor, Chairman of the National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers, told TRN that illegal aliens are often not screened for diseases during processing. “We don’t screen for diseases,” RGV Border Patrol spokesman Omar Zamora told Breitbart Texas. “All we are is a processing center, so we don’t do that.“

RGV Border Patrol spokesman Daniel Tirado said his sector is “overwhelmed” with the number of illegal aliens that currently need to be processed. “We’re catching an average of 1,000 per day and our agents are processing them around the clock. Processing takes between one to two hours per individual–it varies case by case,” he said.

Scabies is a very contagious skin infection caused by mites which burrows themselves under the host’s skin.

Overcrowding has made it difficult to identify and quarantine infected detainees, as the Obama Administration has refused to provide sufficient resources to deal with this legal and humanitarian disaster. As a result, scabies and many other illnesses — including drug-resistant TB, or worse, may be passed onto the general public.

This is not Ellis Island, where immigrants were routinely screened for infectious diseases. Americans are not being protected from any number of dangerous 3rd world diseases — yet neither Obama, nor pro-amnesty traitors like Eric Cantor — are saying a word about this abject medical and legal disaster on the Texas border.

Immigrants bringing diseases across border?

MCALLEN, TX - There’s a growing health concern with hundreds of illegal immigrants crossing over into southern Texas.

U.S. Border Patrol agents are worried that what's coming over into the U.S. could harm everyone. This time the focus is not on the women and children that are crossing over in droves; agents are worrying about a viral outbreak. “We are sending people everywhere. The average person doesn't know what's going on down here,” said Border Patrol agent and Rio Grande Valley Union representative Chris Cabrera.

Cabrera says agents are seeing illegal immigrants come over with contagious infections. Detention centers and holding facilities have quarantined areas for those who come in sick. But Cabrera says the sick and healthy are separated only by caution tape. “There's been an outbreak of scabies that's been going on for the past month,” Cabrera said.

Texas border resident Jorge Garcia says word about the contagious skin infection is getting around. “Our Border Patrol agents check on us all the time and they told us about the outbreak of scabies,” Garcia said.

Cabrera says the sickness doesn't stop at scabies. “We are starting to see chicken pox, MRSA staph infections, we are starting to see different viruses,” Cabrera said.

Garcia believes the viruses are not confined to the detention center. Not long ago, a group of border-crossers came knocking on his door. “It was a 7-month-old baby. It was shaking, it had a fever,” Garcia said.

The Department of Homeland Security called in Coast Guard medics to help treat those who are sick. But Cabrera doesn't believe the federal government is doing enough. He says other Border Patrol agents have contracted scabies and he fears it will spread quickly. “It's contagious, we are transporting people to different parts of the state and different parts of the country,” Cabrera said.

“Just the fact we are exposed to it, and so is everyone here in south Texas, it's a great concern to us,” Garcia said.

It's unclear how many were treated for illness. DHS has denied all requests for interviews with doctors and medical staff treating sick immigrants. The agency has also turned down our request for a tour. They only released this statement:

DHS has public health controls in place to minimize any possible health risks. Throughout the RGV Sector we are conducting public health screens on all incoming detainees to screen for any symptoms of contagious diseases of possible public health concern. U.S. Border Patrol has established Medical Units at its busiest border stations (McAllen, Weslaco, and Ft Brown) handling UAC. US Coast Guard medical teams are assisting with the screening process, and providing healthcare evaluations for the sick and injured.

Occupational health and safety guidance has been provided to for CBP personnel in the handling of subjects with signs of health-related symptoms. Our workforce has been provided and encouraged to use personal protective gear including latex or non-latex gloves, long-sleeve shirts, and to take precaution including frequent hand washing.

A report in the Spring 2005 issue of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons warned how the influx of illegal aliens threatened to destroy the American medical system.

TB’s swift, deadly return now is lethal for about 60 percent of those infected because of new Multi-Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR- TB). Until recently MDR-TB was endemic to Mexico.”

In July 2010, the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) released the results of a study which examined the costs of illegal immigration at the federal, state and local levels. The study found that U.S. state and local governments shell out $84.2 billion annually in various services (law enforcement, schools, social services, etc.), with California taxpayers alone, spending $21 billion on illegal aliens every year. The same study found that $29 billion is spent every year in federal funds on illegal aliens.

So, while it would cost a one-time fee of about $135 billion to deport every single illegal alien in the country, it is actually a bargain considering the fact that it already costs us $113 billion annually to keep them here. In other words, the mass deportation would pay for itself in a little over a year. Incidentally, in 2007, the DHS estimated the cost of deporting all illegal aliens to be approximately $94 billion.

Obama is now dumping contagious disease carrying illegal aliens all across the country.




Arizona’s ABC-15 has reported that illegal aliens are being found with scabies, chicken pox, MRSA, and other contagious viruses.

As we detailed previously, Obama is provoking this deliberate, unprecedented invasion of illegal aliens. His allies are spreading the word that Obama has essentially shut off all immigration enforcement. And in nations like El Salvador and Honduras the media is urging women and children (mainly teenagers) to make the grueling trek to cross the U.S. border, because Obama will never deport them, and they can receive jobs and taxpayer-funded welfare for life.

The problem is, thousands of them are infected with disease, and this is not Ellis Island c. 1914, where immigrants with diseases were quarantined or deported. Under Obama, the border is wide open, and all women and minors are being released into Texas and Arizona, and told to “report” to an immigration hearing in places as far away as Hartford, CT.

The vast majority — more than 75% — never show up, and are thus lost in a town near you — with their diseases unchecked and untreated.

“Immigration reform”? Not on your life. The only way America will survive this is to jettison GOP traitors like Eric Cantor, and retake the Senate in November, and for states like Texas and Arizona to stand up to Federal tyranny, and detain these illegals themselves. What are they waiting for?

Border Agent’s Desperate Plea For Help, Says U.S. ‘Completely Overrun by Criminal Aliens’

A U.S. Border Patrol agent stationed in South Texas sent a shocking letter with a desperate plea for help, stating more than half of immigrants crossing the border end up doing so successfully and that many of those are the most criminal types.




“As a Border Patrol Agent, I can tell you as an eye witness that we are currently losing more than we are catching,” the agent — who sent his letter to journalist Adan Salazar — claims. Salazar has withheld the agent’s name to protect him from retaliation.

The agent called the Border Patrol’s failing effort an “ongoing crisis,” calling their work a “fruitless task”, citing insufficient staff, a lack of support from the American people and the Obama administration’s refusal to acknowledge the crisis.

This border agent works in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) sector — epicenter for the unprecedented invasion of upwards of 100,000 illegal aliens in just the past 5 months.

He said it is in the RGV that aliens who evade capture are typically the most violent.

“The ones we are losing are convicted felons, aliens from special interest countries, and other high risk individuals. We are so overwhelmed and preoccupied by the flood of juveniles and family units that we cannot use our resources to catch the more serious aliens,” the agent stated.

Outrageously, the agent says, under the direction of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), immigrants are being rounded up and released in largely-Hispanic populated South Texas towns, such as Brownsville and McAllen, because “fewer people will notice or care.”

“We have been doing that for months before the stories broke in Phoenix, Arizona a couple of weeks ago,” reports the agent.

The agency has become so overwhelmed with processing these surrenders, that they have pulled large numbers of agents off the border to assist — giving free reign to the drug cartels and even terrorists to cross over undetected for the first time in decades.

Good Morning,

I am a Border Patrol Agent in the Rio Grande Valley Sector (RGV), south of Corpus Christi, Texas. Thank you for your continued support and coverage of the ongoing crisis on the border. I would like to take a moment to convey the absolute desperation that we are reaching down here. We have been ordered to release thousands of Family Units (Parent/Child), and thousands of teenage unaccompanied juveniles (Under 18). We have encountered numerous instances of fraud, kidnapping, and exploitation where adults are claiming that very young children are their own, when in fact they are not. Many of the unaccompanied juveniles are claiming that they have a responsible parent to be released to, when in fact they do not.

As a Border Patrol Agent, I can tell you as an eye witness that we are currently losing more than we are catching. On a good day, we catch approximately 30 to 40 percent of all crossers while the rest simply get away. In the RGV, we have been averaging around 10,000 apprehensions per week. That means we are losing well over 10,000 aliens per week. And the aliens that are getting away are not the juveniles or the family units because they are turning themselves in at the first sight of agents. The ones we are losing are convicted felons, aliens from special interest countries, and other high risk individuals. We are so overwhelmed and preoccupied by the flood of juveniles and family units that we cannot use our resources to catch the more serious aliens.

In the RGV, we have been releasing aliens, through ICE, in Brownsville, Texas and McAllen, Texas. We have been ordered to go out of our way to bus them to those locations for release because they are cities of mostly Hispanic heritage, so fewer people will notice or care. We have been doing that for months before the stories broke in Phoenix, Arizona a couple of weeks ago.

We cannot get any attention or relief down here. We desperately need immediate manpower, resources, and a firm support of Americans. This is de facto amnesty. The President and the Secretary of Homeland Security will ignore this issue as long as possible in order to let as many illegal aliens gain entry into the United States.
