Why Are Fast and Furious Agents Still Working at ATF?

    April 1, 2014 By Todd Cefaratti

Remember “Fast and Furious?” The Obama Administration and the liberal media had hoped that we would forget, but the American people still want and deserve answers. That’s exactly what Rep. Darrell Issa and Sen. Chuck Grassley expressed in a letter to the ATF.

House Oversight Committee Darrell Issa and Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee Chuck Grassley sent a letter to ATF Chief B. Todd Jones on Monday demanding to know why agents who were involved in the infamous Fast and Furious scandal were still working at the agency that had dodged responsibility by claiming to have rid themselves of the agents involved in the operation that left Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry dead.

    The letter reads, in part,

The family of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, who lost his life in the line of duty on December 15, 2010, recently contacted our staffs. The Terry family wanted to know why, more than three years after Agent Terry’s murder, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives has not fired anyone because of Agent Terry’s death. As you are no doubt aware, weapons from the reckless Operation Fast and Furious were found at the scene of his murder. Although Operation Fast and Furious took place before you became Director of ATF, the disciplinary actions against the ATF agents who designed, conducted, and managed the reckless operation has fallen squarely within your tenure at the head of the agency.”
Several high ranking agents in the ATF who were involved in the scandal continue to work at the agency. Even more enraging, however, is the fact that some of these agents were involved in the subsequent cover-up, working to silence whistleblowers who recognized that it was wrong to pump guns to Mexican drug cartels to fuel anti-gun discord.

It is inexcusable that, 19 months after these findings became public, ATF has provided Congress with no information about whether, or to what extent, these employees have been held accountable. The repeated faulty judgment of MacAllister, Voth, and Newell severely jeopardized public safety during Fast and Furious, and ATF’s failure to account for what disciplinary action, if any, has been taken is an affront to the family of Brian Terry,” the letter states.
Jones may not have been running Fast and Furious, but assuming the role of ATF Chief means that he had a responsibility to clean up the way the ATF runs. Not only has the ATF refused to accept responsibility for their role in such an egregious betrayal of the American people, but they are continuing with their now-standard tactics of shadiness.

Jones will be appearing before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday to discuss the ATF’s latest outrage: the continued sting operations that enticed illegalities by operating as storefronts that would purchase weapons, even using mentally challenged people as pawns in the twisted game of entrapment.

The Tea Party Movement was born from frustration. We were frustrated at the way big government operates. We were frustrated that nobody was listening to the American people and with one scandal cascading onto another, it seems entirely too clear that the federal government has positioned itself too-often as an adversary of the American people, not an executor of their will.

Remember CORY VORHISS in Colorado who worked for ICE and was prosecuted by Denver prosecutors and jailed for blowing the whistle on corruption with in the government giving agricultural trespass to illegal felons. rapists and murders. He won his case but not with out a great sacrifice, I know there are people with in the ATF also that must step up and do the right thing to finally put an end to these corrupt politicians trying to destroy America from with in. They need to band together as a force for good.

Eric Holder Explodes at GOP Rep: ‘You Don’t Want to Go There, Buddy!’

Attorney General Eric Holder exploded at Texas Republican Rep. Louie Gohmert during a House hearing Tuesday.

In the midst of questions about the Justice Department’s failure to divulge documents about the Holy Land Foundation terror funding trial, Gohmert made a side comment about how the House of Representatives found Holder in contempt in 2012 for refusing to turn over documents related to the Fast and Furious gun-running scandal.

“I realize that contempt is not a big deal to our attorney general, but it is important that we have proper oversight,” Gohmert said.

“You don’t want to go there, buddy! You don’t want to go there, okay,” Holder shot back.

“I don’t want to go there?” the Texas Republican responded.

“No,” Holder said, leaning forward in his seat.

    “About the contempt?” Gohmert asked.

“You should not assume that that is not a big deal to me. I think that it was inappropriate, I think it was unjust. But never think that that was not a big deal to me. Don’t ever think that,” Holder said pointing at Gohmert.

Gohmert reiterated that the Justice Department has still not produced the ‘Fast and Furious’ documents related to Holders contempt charge.

Holder may have been sensitive to mention of contempt since a Federal judge dismissed his appeal to have the U.S. House’s lawsuit against contempt and executive privilege lawsuits against the Justice Department thrown out. Department of Justice attorneys argued the lawsuits should be dismissed on grounds the judiciary has no business getting in-between Executive branch and Legislative branch disputes. Jackson disagreed with their argument, saying the judiciary has an obligation to look at these kinds of disputes.

Holder was hoping to get the case in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, which is sympathetic to the Justice Department and the Obama administration. Late last year, his appeal was denied. http://www.scribd.com/doc/185257865/USDCDC Those lawsuits are soon to begin in D.C.

“I’m just looking for evidence and normally we’re known by our fruits and there’s been no indications that it was a big deal because your department still has not been forthcoming in producing the documents that were the subject of the contempt,” Gohmert said.

GOWDY BROUGHT HIS A GAME TO HOLDER

Trey Gowdy really exposes the lawless nature of Eric Holder in this exchange about mandatory minimums. Holder is trying to bypass the law by telling his attorneys not to divulge to the courts the amount of drugs that were seized from the offender. In doing this, the court can’t invoke mandatory minimum laws because they don’t know the amount.

It’s this exchange that caught my attention:

GOWDY: That’s my point, is that your memo is trumping a congressional statute.

HOLDER: Well, I mean, we always have discretion. And, would you say that…

GOWDY: But you don’t have discretion on whether to the follow the law or not. That’s my point.

HOLDER: No, no, I would disagree in the sense that, taking into account resource constraints, it is incumbent upon those of us in the executive branch to make the maximum use of the resources that Congress gives to us. That necessarily means we’re always making choices about the kinds of cases we bring, how we deal with cases we bring…

GOWDY: But you’re already expending the resources of the prosecution or you and I wouldn’t be having the question. This is all about sentencing. I have no qualms if you say 'I’m gonna decline prosecution.' You have an unfettered right to do that.

What I’m saying is you don’t have the right to say, in mandatory minimum cases, don’t tell the grand jury what the drug amount is.
Holder believe his ‘discretion’ gives him the power to ignore the law as long as he can cite ‘resources’ as the excuse. This is exactly the argument Obama is using regarding deportation of illegals. They ignore congressional law and claim they don’t have the resources needed to fully enforce the law. In reality they are pushing their own agendas which, in this case, is trying to keep minorities out of prison even when drug amounts are severe enough that the law demands prison time.

I would add that Holder also seems fairly outmatched in this debate with Gowdy, as he confuses prosecution and sentencing. Not only does Gowdy expose Holder’s motives, he also exposes what a light weight Holder is when it comes to defending his lawlessness.

Eric Holder: Congress Doesn’t Like Me Because I’m Black
    April 11, 2014

As the Obama administration continues to crumble under the corrosion of their own deceit, higher-up officials are now having to use the petty race card. The torn, tattered and abused card was most recently hurled out there by Eric Holder after being publically reamed by Congress. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyECK...layer_embedded

It seems as though Attorney General Eric Holder was a little more than embarrassed after being shamed during the House Judiciary Committee earlier this week. Airing his dirty laundry in an attempt to whine about the wrong doings imposed upon him by Congress, Holder started to play his violin.

What really got Holder’s panties in a twist was when Rep. Louie Gohmert expressed, “I realize that contempt is not a big deal to our attorney general, but it is important that we have proper oversight.” Clearly offended at the time, Holder was quick to say, “Don’t go there buddy.”

Standing up for himself at the moment however proved not good enough for the Attorney General as he recently spoke out regarding his most recent embarrassment while attending the National Action Network with Al Sharpton.

Belly aching to the crows, Holder offered the rhetorical question, “what attorney general has had to deal with that kind of treatment?” He then took to asking why the likes of Obama, along with himself, have been allowed to be treated in such a way.

Now this statement, although innocent when taken at face value has since been thought to have deeper meanings. Even so blatantly obvious that Liberal MSNBC picked up on the hint and recently decided to talk about it.

Now, of course, they were on his side and expressed that Congress is a just slew of disguised KKK members and that they have only treated Holder at a racial disadvantage, but that’s besides the point.

What do you guys think – did Holder truly mean what the public perceived him to have said? Is it time the race card is finally retired? Let us know how the Attorney General’s most recent claims made you feel by leaving a comment below.

Mexican Cartel Hitman Captured on US Soil After Committing a “Hit”

Much media attention on the current U.S. border crisis has focused on the humanitarian plight of the thousands of unaccompanied minors and young, pregnant mothers crossing the border.

That is not inappropriate, even though these make up only about 20 percent of the flood of illegal immigrants currently entering the U.S.

Less is known about the other 80 percent. Some, no doubt, are hard-working men and women in search a better life unavailable to them at home.

Others, however, are not, and in viewing the border situation only as a humanitarian crisis–which it is–Americans risk losing sight of the fact that a security crisis also exists.

Now, the arrest of Jose Guadalupe “Lupe” Garza Ochoa, an alleged hit man for the Gulf Cartel, on U.S. soil has brought to light a story of cross-border drug dealing, theft, kidnapping, and murder that illustrates just how much of a threat the criminal cartels are to American security.

    From Breitbart: http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-T...der-on-US-Soil

Sometime in the spring of 2011, unknown individuals stole a large cocaine shipment that belonged to Gulf Cartel commander Miguel “Gringo Mike” Villarreal–so named for being born in the United States–who ordered his top hitmen to go into Texas. The hitmen were ordered to either recover the 331 pounds of cocaine that had been stolen out of Villarreal’s ranch in the Mission-Alton area or find the thieves, court records from the other defendants in the case show. Villarreal gave his team a list of men to capture and take back to Mexico. Using the ranch as a staging area, the gunmen recruited other members in the U.S. side of the border and rode around in convoys with assault weapons and grenades looking for their targets. It was during that time in early May 2011 that the gunmen including, Garza, went twice after Felipe Guerra–one of the suspected thieves–but were not able to capture him, the criminal complaint filed by the FBI and obtained by Breitbart Texas shows. The cartel hitmen set their sights on another man in their list, Gerado “Lin” Olivarez, the victim’s cousin.

On May 28, 2011 the convoy of gunmen drove two Jeep Commanders and a Ford F-150 to Olivarez’s home where they had one gunman in a police uniform with a Beretta 92 model handgun at his waist pretend to arrest their target over unpaid traffic tickets. Instead of taking Olivarez who wasn’t home at the time, the gunmen kidnapped Guerrero who had arrived at the house to pay his cousin a visit. The gunmen took Guerrero to the ranch where they tortured him only to find out that he was the wrong man and wasn’t involved in drug trafficking. Despite the error, the group moved Guerrero to Rio Grande City, roughly an hour’s drive east also along on the border, where Garza used his girlfriend’s car to move a bloody Guerrero across into the Mexican city of Camargo. From there, cartel hitmen moved Garza back to Reynosa where the Gulf Cartel boss called Gringo Mike had him executed, even though he was the wrong man.
Three four-wheel drive vehicles carrying gunmen with “assault weapons and grenades” violated American territory, kidnapped an innocent citizen, removed him from the country, and murdered him.The story sounds so much like a movie plot that it’s hard to imagine it truly happening on American soil.

Needless to say, a secure border, while perhaps not preventing such a crime, would certainly have made it more difficult to accomplish. Perhaps more importantly, a secure border would discourage the drug smuggling that supports the Gulf Cartel in the first place, perhaps avoiding the scenario altogether.

The humanitarian aspects of Obama’s border crisis deserve the full attention of the warmhearted, generous American people.

But the security aspects deserve no less.

U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson recently ordered that Eric Holder and the Obama administration cannot claim “executive privilege” and that the Fast & Furious documents had to be handed over by October 1st.

The first of the month came and went and – surprise, surprise – Eric Holder snubbed this Federal Judge and refused to hand over the documents!

Eric Holder Must Be Held in Contempt and Arrested!

Eric Holder gave the green light for the ATF/DOJ to hand over hundreds of firearms to Mexican cartel members. This was all done to prove that American guns are responsible for Mexican crime.

Operation Fast & Furious went horribly wrong when government agents ‘forgot’ to follow up on these illegal purchases and the weapons ultimately made their way across the border.

At that point, all the Obama administration had to do was admit that it failed. It’s that simple. An admission of failure, however damaging, would have put the scandal behind us.

But that’s not what the administration did. Eric Holder refused to hand over documents to Congressional investigators and Barack Obama deemed the documents to be protected under ‘executive privilege.’

Well, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson recently ordered that Eric Holder and the Obama administration cannot claim “executive privilege” and that the Fast & Furious documents had to be handed over by October 1st.

The first of the month came and went and – surprise, surprise – Eric Holder snubbed this Federal Judge and refused to hand over the documents! http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/...time-eric-hol/

This is serious! Eric Holder must be held in contempt, fined, and imprisoned if necessary. Whatever it takes to reach the truth!

Eric Holder MUST be held in contempt and imprisoned. Only you can DEMAND that Congress hold this Attorney General accountable for his crimes!

A week ago, you joined other brave patriots in demanding that Congress arrest and imprison Eric Holder for his crimes. Together, we sent THOUSANDS of faxes to Congress and our message seems to have gotten the attention of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee!

Under the leadership of Rep. Darrell Issa, the Committee has requested that Judge Jackson hold Eric Holder in Contempt of Court and punish him for his noncompliance.

“Should the Court determine that the Attorney General has violated that Order, the Court should impose on the Attorney General an appropriate penalty to coerce his compliance with the August 20 Order, including an escalating daily monetary fine against Eric H. Holder Jr., to be paid by Mr. Holder out of his personal assets, converting to incarceration if the payment of daily monetary fines does not produce compliance within a reasonable period of time.”

That’s right, there’s actually a chance that Eric Holder ends up in prison!

For some reason, Eric Holder – and the rest of the administration, for that matter – believes that he is above the law. The Attorney General has shown complete contempt for Congress and its investigatory powers. And now, Eric Holder has shown his contempt for the Judicial Branch by disregarding a Federal Judge’s orders!

Lawmakers’ lawyers suggest fines, jail time for Eric Holder for contempt
By Cheryl K. Chumley - The Washington Times - Friday, October 3, 2014

Attorney General Eric Holder should be held in contempt of court for refusing to release “Fast and Furious” documents in line with a judge’s order — and even given jail time if necessary, lawmakers said.

Members of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee requested U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson to fine Mr. Holder if he doesn’t comply with her own order issued back in August — the one where she said he couldn’t claim executive privilege to keep private certain documents related to the federal gun-running program, “Operation Fast and Furious,” Politico reported.

Mr. Holder was supposed to turn over the documents by Oct. 1. The attorney general has not — but instead, announced his resignation from office.

Lawyers for the lawmakers say the time has come when the judge should consider imposing fines on Mr. Holder, or even throwing him in jail.

“Should the Court determine that the Attorney General has violated that Order, the Court should impose on the Attorney General an appropriate penalty to coerce his compliance with the August 20 Order, including an escalating daily monetary fine against Eric H. Holder Jr., to be paid by Mr. Holder out of his personal assets, converting to incarceration if the payment of daily monetary fines does not produce compliance within a reasonable period of time,” House Counsel Kerry Kircher and other lawyers wrote in the filing, Politico reported.

Mr. Holder had requested a deadline extension to produce the documents a month ago. But lawyers for the lawmakers say Mr. Holder didn’t include all the documents in his extension request — and that he should turn over those ones he failed to mention right away, Politico reported.

The Justice Department said it was baffled by the lawyers’ latest move. “We’re at a loss to understand this latest stunt since the committee itself did not object to November as an appropriate timeline for the production of any documents,” said spokesman Brian Fallon, Politico reported. “The Department will respond to the motion in due course.”

    ‘Kiss My A**:’
Emails Reveal Eric Holder’s True Feelings About Fast and Furious Operation

    By Larry O'Connor - 21 hours ago

Attorney General Eric Holder had an indelicate way of responding to critics of his handling of the Fast and Furious gun running operation at the Department of Justice.

“Some people can kiss my a**,” the Attorney General wrote in a newly released email, one of nearly 64,000 dumped on the House Oversight Committee the day before Tuesday’s mid-term elections.

The Wall Street Journal has begun the process of combing through the emails and highlighted the profane anger exhibited by the man President Obama compared to Robert Kennedy: http://blogs.wsj.com/washwire/2014/1...furious-probe/

In an Aug. 30 email, a deputy wrote to Mr. Holder and others that about 25 other U.S. Attorneys around the country “are upset’’ about how the U.S. Attorney’s resignation was handled.

Mr. Holder then vented in a reply: “Why wouldn’t we get the benefit of the doubt. Assume we’re doing things for the right reasons and in the right way.’’

He then added “I’m counting to 10,’’ indicating that he was trying not to get too upset about the matter.
Holder then followed up on the “counting to 10″ email and said to his critics, “some people can kiss my a**.”

Despite the public demeanor of an even-keeled champion for civil rights, Holder has shown flashes of intolerance over his tenure at Justice.

•He famously began his stint as Attorney General by lecturing Americans as a “nation of cowards when it comes to race.” http://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/02/19/holder.folo/

•Holder said critics “demean my people” for raising objections to his handling of the New Black Panthers voter intimidation case after the 2008 elections. http://www.politico.com/blogs/joshge...my_people.html

•Holder accused critics of President Obama of having a “racial animus” toward America’s first black President. http://www.csmonitor.com/USA/DC-Deco...ch-anger-video

After witnessing Holder’s uncensored response to colleagues’ criticisms of his handling of Fast and Furious, it may be instructive to recall what a colleague said of Holder upon the announcement of his resignation in September. http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/...0HL05S20140926

“We always thought that he was able to say the things that Obama could not say,” said Barbara Arnwine, president of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights at the time of his announcement. “We’ve always seen him as an important spokesperson for the administration and that role should not go unfulfilled.”

Ted Cruz Destroys DOJ Nominee Who Targeted Gun Retailers, Lost Bank Accounts Under Operation Choke Hold

Posted on November 6, 2015 by Rick Wells

It’s worth noting that while Senator Ted Cruz is running for president as a sitting Senator, he has time to attend hearings and to vote, two responsibilities that his counterpart and fellow presidential candidate Marco Rubio can’t fit into his busy schedule. It’s a fair question to ask whether the establishment GOP and money changer rent-a-senator Rubio would be able to fulfill the much busier duties of a sitting president in a manner that would do achieve anything other than placing a signature on what his donor puppeteers place in front of him. Whether Rubio is advocating for damaging policies or ignoring needed, beneficial ones, either way the American people come up losers. But enough about Rubio, but back to Senator Cruz.

After first noting that the Department of Justice under Hussein Obama has become a political arm of the White House, Cruz had some questions for Associate Attorney General Nominee Stuart Delery. He focuses on “Operation Chokepoint,” noting just those types of abuses that have been employed against the American public by that politicized “Justice” Department.

He points out the role that Delery played in intimidating banks into cutting off the lines of credit to firearms and ammunition merchants in an attack on the Second Amendment that was orchestrated by the White House and anti-Second Amendment former Attorney General Eric Holder.

Squirming and sweating like a fatted pig at a bar-b-cue, Delery attempts to portray his actions as not being based upon the targeting of legitimate and lawful gun and ammunition dealers strictly due to the nature of the product and services provided.

After some quite lame excuses were put forward by the nominee, Senator Cruz has had enough, informing the political tool that “The Department of Justice should not be abusing its power, trying to bankrupt American citizens for exercising their constitutional rights.” Delery states that he agrees with Senator Cruz, describing the “stated” goal as being focused solely and squarely on fraud. It’s an obvious invocation of a protection that gun runner Eric “Fast and Furious” Holder put into place to provide plausible deniability to himself and his minions who were engaged in deliberate, unconstitutional attacks on the Second Amendment rights of his most loathed persons on earth, patriotic American citizens.

Cruz establishes that there was no evidence of fraud and no evidence of criminal activity whatsoever which justified the attacks on the gun merchants and no reason why their businesses should have been harassed through the intimidation tactics against their banks by the Department of Justice.

He also established that there was no effort on the part of the Justice Department or Mr. Delery in particular to apologize to those who were negatively impacted by their actions. They’re only citizens struggling to survive in an economy deliberately being destroyed by the Obama regime. They’re not worthy of an apology from one of the ruling council elites.

It’s too bad Senator Rubio didn’t bother to show up; he could have asked Delery if the DOJ was looking to hire anyone on an H1B visa. Maybe he could have joined Mr. Delery in a sweat-off, to see who looked more guilty and the bigger establishment hack trying to get one over on the American people. It would have been close, but at least Rubio wouldn’t have had to face Cruz and answer his questions.

The Obama administration, not the NRA, sells guns to terrorists
By Katie Pavlich - 11/30/15 06:00 PM EST

In an effort to distract away from President Obama’s failing strategy against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and desire to bring more Syrian refugees to U.S. soil, especially after the massacre in Paris, the White House is pulling out the ammunition against its favorite enemy and straw man: the NRA.

Last week during questioning from reporters, White House press secretary Josh Earnest urged Congress to “do something” about the capability for terrorists to easily purchase firearms in the United States.

“Right now, there’s not a law on the books that prevents an individual who is already in the United States and that we already know is suspected of having links to terrorism — that allows them to go and purchase a weapon,” Earnest said. “Members of Congress are prepared to allow those individuals who are already in the United States, and are suspected of having links to terrorism, from going and purchasing a firearm. I think that’s a pretty clear indication that Republicans in Congress are more interested in playing politics, and more scared of the NRA, than they are concerned about doing the right thing for our national security.”
First off, France is one big gun-free zone, and the Kalashnikov rifles, grenades and suicide belts ISIS terrorists used two weeks ago to kill 130 people are banned. Second, the so-called “terrorist watch list” Earnest refers to is a clunky, bureaucratic list of hundreds of thousands of people who have no links to terrorism at all.

“That list, which contained 47,000 names at the end of George W. Bush’s presidency, has grown to nearly 700,000 people on President Obama’s watch. The fact that they are names, not identities, has led to misidentifications and confusion, ensnaring many innocent people. But surely those names are there for good reason, right?” the Daytona Beach News-Journal editorial board reports.

“Not really. According to the technology website TechDirt.com, 40 percent of those on the FBI’s watch list — 280,000 people — are considered to have no affiliation with recognized terrorist groups. All it takes is for the government to declare is has ‘reasonable suspicion’ that someone could be a terrorist,” the paper continues. “There is no hard evidence required, and the standard is notoriously vague and elastic.”

Currently, legislative proposals in Congress to prevent “terrorists” from purchasing firearms in the United States would require anyone who is simply named on the list to be banned from purchasing a firearm and would do nothing to clean up the list to focus on people truly associated with terrorist organizations. It shouldn’t be surprising that gun control zealot Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) is leading the way, Bill of Rights and due process be damned.

The NRA is interested in protecting the civil rights of Americans, not protecting the ability of terrorists to get guns.

Have suspected terrorists been able to purchase firearms in the United States? The answer is yes, around 2,000 times. Does this fact warrant stripping the Second Amendment rights from citizens who aren’t terrorists because they’re on a government list? The answer is no. Regardless, considering terrorists get firearms in and from all parts of the world regardless of gun control restrictions or laws, it’s an irrelevant argument.

And finally, let me remind the public about the Operation Fast and Furious scandal between 2009 and 2010, when Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agents, under direction from officials at the highest levels of the Obama Justice Department, approved and sanctioned the sale of more than 2500 AK-47s, .50-caliber rifles and a number of handguns to violent Mexican narco-terrorists. The secret program, which was eventually exposed by ATF whistleblower John Dodson, ended in December 2010 when Border Patrol agent Brian Terry was killed in Arizona. Firearms from Fast and Furious were left at the scene.

Cartels south of the border actually have a lot in common with ISIS. In fact, ISIS could learn a thing or two from their gruesome tactics. The biggest differences between the two are motive and religion.

Since 2006, more than 60,000 civilians have been killed in Mexico’s drug wars. Hundreds, if not thousands, of Mexican citizens have been slaughtered as a result of Operation Fast and Furious and Obama’s DOJ purposely supplying Mexican cartel members with the weapons they need for murder.

Beheadings, dismemberment, soaking rivals, journalists and pesky civilian opponents alive in acid baths, live burials, mass graves, torture, body dumping, the execution of police chiefs, mayors and other public officials, public hangings, mass slaughter with firearms and explosives and more are all regular occurrences in Mexico. We just don’t talk about it much.

For the White House to argue it’s the NRA that wants to protect the ability for terrorists to purchase firearms is laughable, but it’s especially hypocritical when we revisit the facts of Fast and Furious and the narco-terrorists who are now more heavily armed thanks to the Obama administration.
