Wow, this is really getting strange. I've never seen so many celebrities pass within such a short period of time.

They seem to go in 3's so hopefully this will be the end for awhile.
Many people had forgotten Dave Carradine had died so with him and Ed M.
and Farah Fawcet that was the 3.

True.
But not everyone that dies is a celebrity. It does seem like a lot of celebrities are dying lately.

There are lots of celebrities, some more famous than others. Some accelerate to the end of their life quicker due to excess and unhealthy behavior as well.
There are a lot of celebrities alive too......
Granted we've had a few big names lately, but how long did we go without a 'big name' dying off?
If Ed, Michael, David & Farrah didn't go recently....would you have noticed Fred Travelena and Gail Storm passing? I don't think so.....
ETA or Koko Taylor whoever that was.....
I think it more a miracle that Ozzy is still ALIVE after what he's put himself through....

Actually, I did see that Fred and Gail passed. I didn't post because I didn't want to start being known as the "dead celeb poster".
Koko Taylor was known as the Queen of the Blues, so if you weren't into it you really wouldn't know her. I only take her passing personally because I kinda knew her in the old days. I used to hang out at The Blue Note in NYC and she played there all the time. Amazing woman and incredible voice.

Right, 'less well known' celebrities die all the time and no one really puts it 'all together' or makes a big deal of it....but when a couple 'big ones' die, they search for who else has passed and it looks like a lot........there are a lot of celebrities and a lot more 'lesser known' celebrities......we all gotta go.....
