I disagree wholeheartedly. ANYONE who has been a member of this site for even a small length of time would know that ppl would IMMEDIATELY jump to conclusions and it is quite likely that she would have been jumped on. It also could be quite possible that her lawyer, as the often do, told her NOT to discuss what was going on in any way shape or form ESPECIALLY on a message board... because come on, exactly how IS that going to look?

I'm not saying she ISN'T guilty... but we have what... 2 or 3 articles (one of which obviously doesn't check it's facts too closely because it didn't even print the correct date of death) to go by? All it really amounts to at this point is a whisper of suspicion, there is no possible way we could ever judge this by a few articles and a thought of "I would do this different". A lot of ppl say they would NEVER stay w/ their spouse if they cheated, but they do it every day! (and yes, I am aware it isn't the same as murder (if in fact it is) but an example of ppl knowing exactly how they would act and NOT acting that way) People say they KNOW how they would act... but you don't... things hit ppl in ways that are incomprehensible unless you have actually been in the situation and the simple fact is, you (in general you) just do NOT know how you or anyone else could should or would act.

I hate to break it to you, but they don't arrest people on a whisper of suspicion...

I am not saying she did it, nor am I saying she didn't, I just like the updates on what's going on...

No one is attacking her or calling her bad names, as for the "off topic" of the thread, imo, since this IS off topic chat, someone could come in this thread and talk about rain dances if they wanted to... the pickle thing was a mistaken post, but it brought up comments, no one was trying to be disrespectful

I'm going to wait and see what else comes out because people do get arrested sometimes for things they didn't do. I don't envy her trying to prove it if she's innocent. I don't see any way to do it. I saw a movie based on a real case about a couple being accused of abusing their daughter and it was a dog that attacked her and bit her and killed her. They blamed the parents and they went to prison. Later on they were found not guilty and released and an investigator said all they had to do was check the teethmarks you can tell they weren't human but the medical examiner said they were human teethmarks on her.

Of course they don't arrest ppl on a whisper of suspicion. I'm quite sure THEY have what THEY consider adequate evidence (and a grand jury obviously agrees)... but WE (the public) only have 2 or 3 articles to go by and the whisper of suspicion in them, combined w/ how we "see" her actions here, is not enough for US to "find her guilty".

It's simple...
WE the public that have not been arrested and are not sitting behind bars can judge all we want tbh. . No one is going to tell me not to make snap judgements. I can make up my mind about this and swith it the next day if I see better evidence. And it's nobody's place to tell me I can't do that.. Yeah it's shizzy and sucks but that is the way it is..We are a jury of her peers even though we aren't in the courtroom officially...

A smart lawyer would ask her who she talked to about the accident. The posts on this message board can be used as evidence..

*BTW if I ever get arrested A. you all can judge all you want. It won't bother me.. and B. It probably was worth getting arrested over

I don't even see where anyone has said she WAS guilty. Everyone was shocked to hear what was going on..all this time nobody knew she was even being investiagted. People have been grieving for little Faith and then to find out that her Mother may have done this to her people are simply shocked that's all. Of couse it will be talked about and of course people are wondering if she really did do it..just like they are wondering if she didn't do it. Like I said before no matter how this turns out it is a horrible thing..and it will be even more horrible if this woman is found guilty.

Actually, she was arraigned today... and I did not read too much into the original post that I responded to... let me go ahead and quote it again.

I only kept responding because ppl were responding back to me. Are we not allowed friendly debate anymore?

Mother charged after medical examiner's report

WINCHESTER, Ky. (AP) - The Clark County sheriff says a central Kentucky woman has been charged with wanton murder in the death of her 4-year-old daughter.

Sheriff Berl Perdue says 34-year-old Jessilyn C. Robinson was arrested Thursday night and charged in the death of Faith Raeanne Robinson.

The child died at the University of Kentucky Medical Center on May 29, one day after her mother dialed 9-1-1 and said the child had fallen in the bathtub.

The report from the State Medical Examiner's office said the child died from a closed head injury consistent with being shaken.

Jessilyn Robinson was being held in the Clark County Jail under a $250,000 cash bond. County Attorney Brian Thomas said her arraignment is scheduled for Monday. There was no information available concerning Robinson's attorney.
