Mother accused of murder

Thats something I wonder about too. How can you prove you're innocent if you didn't do it but they say you did. And if she did fall but the doctor says she didn't, you have no way to prove different. I hope if she's innocent something will prove it. It's got to be a horrible feeling if you didn't do something and you can't prove it.

She was home alone with just the kids. So will the judge ask the kids what they saw? There was no prior abuse. I know all it takes is one time but I keep thinking what if to. Why havent the other kids been abused also? I just dont understand and I want to believe that she is innocent. I hope that when things are cleared that they reveal the evidence. This has really bothered me.

I do vagely recall this post but since I really did not know the Mom I don't even remember if I posted coldolences or not.
Whether she is guilty or innocent is for a jury to decide on not any of us on a message board.
Let me state that I do find it a bir"odd" that she would come online & post. If my child were deathly injured U would not be leaving my baby's bedside for ANYTHING! My sons are both adults & if anything were to happen to either one of them, them you just might as well bury me with them b/c to me, my life would be over.
But I suppose each of us grieves in our own way.

Sunnie, I'm the same way. If my kids are hurt, sick, or whatever I'm there. People do grieve in different ways. I just hope that they find out the real truth. My prayers are with this family. It has to be hard. I cant imagine what the husband and the other kids are going thru.

I figure the mother started feeling guilty about lying in that thread which was why she asked for it to be closed after everyone kept it bumped with all the outpouring of sympathy. She probably thought she could make it all go away by having the thread locked.

I doubt that the medical examiner is wrong. If she fell in a bathtub, the autopsy would have shown evidence of a blow to the outside of the head. According to that news article, the report showed injury consistent with being shaken.

I know she's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, but I have a feeling they did enough investigation since May to be certain before arresting the mother.

I know when I was going through both of my In-Law's deaths, I came on the computer & just read a lot of different sites. It helped me but I couldn't post.

I remember the "prayer" thread & I don't think I posted in it either but I did feel bad for the little girl. I hope the truth will come out.

OK I am completely lost LOL All I know is that the girl died from a supposed accident. I didnt keep up with it after that cause something told me from the beginning something wasnt right.

So can anyone fill me in do they think she did it or..?? Im confused!

I know I think it is really strange that someone came on here and posted that the mother was doing as well as could be expected and would try to get on to post in a couple of weeks, and then next think we know she has been arrested and then we find out that she was under investigation since it happened and had a one hour visitation with her other children. Why would she have someone post that for her..did she think everyone already knew about her situation or did she know that none of us knew? Weird to say the least.
