I believe she killed her. She's never once cried that I've seen and she hasn't been on tv asking whoever has her to bring her back. What mom doesn't cry and grieve for their missing daughter. She has to be mentally ill because dhe's showing no emotion and definitely no guilt. Or one cold person.

ORLANDO, Fla. - The mother of a missing 3-year-old Florida girl will have access to her car and forensic tests completed by authorities trying to figure out what happened to the child, a judge ruled Friday. But she'll have to wait to find out whether she can leave her home while on house arrest to help explain her version of events to her attorneys, because Ninth Circuit Judge Stan Strickland delayed ruling on that request.

Casey Anthony, 22, has been called a suspect in the girl's disappearance, but so far has not been charged with anything except child neglect. Authorities say the child was not reported missing for more than a month, and her mother faces 14 felony charges, including forging checks, fraud, and theft, and one misdemeanor charge of lying to police.

Orange County prosecutors sought to keep the evidence suppressed, arguing it was not relevant to the charges Anthony currently faces. Strickland disagreed.

"The result, what happened, couldn't have been better," said Todd Black, a spokesman for Jose Baez, Anthony's lawyer. "It was an excellent day."

Anthony, though given a temporary release from house arrest to attend the hearing, was not present. Black said the defense never intended Anthony to attend the hearing, saying they wanted to show the judge how much the media attention her movements attract.

State's Attorney Linda Drane-Burdick declined comment. Baez said he would have a statement available later in the day.

Strickland ruled the defense should be given access within 10 days to forensic tests from the car involving chloroform, DNA and hair strands. Access to polygraph exams and evidence from computer hard drives, cell phones and other communication devices was also granted.

Caylee Anthony's grandmother first called authorities in July to say Casey Anthony had told her the child had been missing and that her daughter's car smelled like death. She later said she was mistaken and the smell was old pizza.

Casey Anthony told authorities that she had left her daughter with a baby sitter in June, and that the two were gone when she returned from work. She says she spent the next month trying to find her daughter and didn't call authorities because she was scared.

The defense also sought any information prosecutors have on a woman named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, the name of the baby-sitter Casey Anthony says she left the child with. The judge granted that motion, though cautioned defense attorneys they would have to do their own legwork with the information.

They are basically only getting to see the car. 99% of the other evidence is still in FBI hands and therefore cannot be released to the defense since the OCSO does not have it in their custody.

"George is getting ready to do the unimaginable," NeJame said. Then George Anthony said that he loves his daughter, wife, and son and asked for prayers for Caylee and his family. "This is going to be very hard for me to do," George Anthony said.

ORLANDO -- A grand jury has returned an indictment for a capital crime in the disappearance of Caylee Anthony.
However, the indictment has been sealed and the defendant's name will not be released until that person is in custody. Because the count is a capital offense, she will not be allowed bail.
Earlier in the afternoon, with Casey Anthony at his side, attorney Jose Baez told the press Tuesday that he thinks law enforcement is trying to "circumvent our constitution" in the way they have behaved.
"I understand there is an election going on, and I understand that those days are numbered, and I understand that Casey Anthony is public enemy No.1 and that the state attorney's office and the sheriff's department are under a great deal of pressure to close this case. I don't think Lawson Lamar would, and I certainly hope Lawson Lamar would not, utilize a missing child to keep his job," Baez said.

The first person to testify Tuesday morning was a familiar face: Casey's father, George Anthony.
Before entering the courtroom, George said he loves his daughter, and that testifying in Tuesday's hearing was the hardest thing he has ever had to do. He also asked for prayers for his missing granddaughter.
Mark NeJame, George Anthony's lawyer, would not specify as to what exactly was said inside before the grand jury.
"George answered all questions directly and honestly," NeJame said. "He just did, I think, what no human being could ever be prepared to do."
Deputies have said Casey is a suspect in the toddler's disappearance. Caylee has been missing since June. Baez said he has been preparing his client for any eventuality.
"I would, again, ask you to try and understand what Casey's going through and to understand that we have been preparing from day 1 for the very worst because that's my job and I wouldn't be doing her a proper service if I didn't prepare her for probably what's going to go down today," Baez said.
The grand jury could decide on murder or manslaughter charge, or decide not to increase her current child neglect charges. Florida only holds a grand jury for capital cases, any crime for which the maximum punishment is death.
Baez asked that everybody reserve judgment until they know all of the facts.
"I would just simply ask that, from this point on, everyone try their best to engage in fair and neutral balanced reporting that asks the tough questions, because, I sincerely believe that when we have finally spoken, everyone, and I mean everyone, will sit back and say, 'Now I understand,'"

Casey Anthony is also being arraigned on the check fraud charges, to which she has pleaded not guilty. She is not required to appear at that arraignment.

4:24 p.m. Cindy Anthony showed up at the house without Casey Anthony. The pair left Baez's law office together about an hour. She believed to have switched cars somewhere along the way. It's unclear where she is at this moment
