I know that there were probably a few threads about this in the past, but I feel this is SO impprtant that I would like to remind people.

I actually met a person about 3 years ago, who had NO idea that weapons had been seized after Katrina. He FLATLY refused to accept it, saying "why didn't I see anything about that on the news!"

Wake up people!

When the VAST majority of news outlets have a liberal political agenda, you will only hear the news that supports the view THEY want you to adopt!

Glenn Becks vitriol and psuedo tantrums aren't always very attractive, but he does usually fairly cover stories from a Conservative standpoint.

He has brought attention to this issue again.

Here you can also view part of an NRA sponsored video with actual news crew footage of lawful American citizens being illegally and unconstitutionally deprived of personal property (firearms) when they needed them MOST!

EVEN if you are against guns, you have to be alarmed at the wanton abuse displayed here.

IF the govt, or any part of it is allowed to take peoples arms at will?

WE have NO right that is unconditionally guaranteed!

This is a pdf file on the UN Gun Control Treaty. Yeah, because we are a member of the UN, they would expect us to abide by this treaty even if it does over rule our own constitution. And yes, I have posted on this subject before.

Well it's not just "in" america - our news stations report what they want. Period.

I know other things happen around the world- things our news just doesn't pick up on for whatever reason or another -?

And don't believe half of what you hear anyway - sometimes what they say is based upon what they want you to believe - no research done.
