'Django Unchained' Actress Reportedly Charged With Lewd Conduct

 The Django Unchained actress who claimed racial profiling by police last month has been charged with lewd conduct, according to TMZ, which broke the story initially.

Daniele Watts and her boyfriend Brian James Lucas were each reportedly charged with lewd conduct, a misdemeanor conduct charge that could result in six months in county jail and a $1,000 fine.

The couple were stopped after eyewitnesses called the Los Angeles Police Department complaining of a couple having sex in public during daylight. They claimed they were apprehended because Watts is black and Lucas is white, garnering national news attention until a recording of the incident was leaked to TMZ.

The City Attorney's office could not immediately be reached for comment.

Alex Wagner OK With Racial Fear Tactics — If That's What It Takes for Dems to Win

Could this be the most cynical statement of the campaign season? The woman whose recent wedding President Obama attended is okay with stoking the racial fears of black Americans—if that's what it takes to drive them to the polls and secure Dem victories. Alex Wagner devoted a segment of her MSNBC show today to the naked appeals to the racial fears of black Americans that Democrats are making in campaign ads. Wagner discussed Dem ads that seek to stoke black fear toward Republicans by invoking Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown.

You might think Wagner would have condemned these ugly tactics, explicitly aimed at driving Americans apart based on their race. Think again. To the contrary, Wagner concluded the segment by saying that it shouldn't have to be the kind of threats contained in these ads that get people to vote, "but if it does, so much stronger the party is for it."

ALEX WAGNER: Democrats hoping to get minority voters to the polls have instead focused on race and racial bias. In North Carolina, Harry Reid's Senate Majority PAC ran this radio spot attacking GOP Senate candidate Tom Tillis.

AD: Tillis won't fight for us. Instead he made it harder for communities of color to vote, by restricting early voting and voter registration. Tillis even led the effort to pass the type of stand your ground laws that caused the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

WAGNER: In Georgia, state Democrats printed a flyer warning that the way to prevent "another Ferguson" is to vote.

Arkansas residents meanwhile, received a mailer showing a man in a hands-up, don't shoot position made infamous in the wake of Michael Brown's killing. The mailer reads:

"If we want to end senseless killings like Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, we need to vote . . .

It's important to say that it shouldn't have to be the threat of undermining civil rights that gets people to vote, but if it does, so much stronger the party is for it.

Lousiana Senator Mary Landrieu Says "Obama Not Popular in The South Because He’s Black"

And she was just getting started. She just had to add herself to the “victims” list.

Landrieu also said that the South “has not always been a good place for women” because it’s more of a “conservative place”.

So, the South is both racist and sexist. That ought to really help her prospects on November 4th.

Gov. Bobby Jindal (R) responded quickly to Landrieu’s accusations, calling it a “major insult” to the people of Louisiana and that he flatly rejects it.

‘Her Highness’ Michelle Obama Gives Black People ‘Permission’ to Eat Something After Voting
and You Won’t Believe What It Is

During an interview on Roland Martin’s program on TV One, a station that targets black viewers, Michelle Obama made a statement that many media outlets are discussing. She said that no matter who is on the ticket, ‘our community,’ i.e. black people, should always vote Democratic. She also said black youth need to be taught to always vote for the Democrat, no matter who it is, what they’ve said, or what they’ve done.

As if that isn’t bad enough, she made another highly questionable and racially charged statement. In fact, had Sarah Palin, Michelle Malkin, Marsha Blackburn, or, heck, even Mia Love or Tim Scott had made this statement, by virtue of the fact that they are Republicans, the Left would have a field day with their racist accusations and demands for apology.

Martin: So can we, if we go out to the polls, can we say, we have ‘souls to the polls’ on Sunday, can we do ‘soul food after we vote’?

Obama: Absolutely, I give everyone full permission to eat some fried chicken after they vote only after—if you haven’t voted…(laughter.)

Martin: Just checking!

Obama: You make a good point because I am, I do talk about health. But I think that a good victory for Democrats on Tuesday, you know, should be rewarded with some fried chicken.

That’s right, black folks. The benevolent Michelle Obama has given you permission to break her healthy food guidelines and eat some fried chicken if, and only if, you vote.

No, you can’t have a hamburger, pizza, or buffalo wings. I suppose that treat is reserved for white folks.

I’m surprised she didn’t encourage black people to wash it down with some red soda and have a side of watermelon.

Two CNN reporters seemed to think they had it all figured out – Mia Love, the new Congresswoman-Elect from Utah’s 4th District, was an especially attractive candidate to the Utah Republican Party because of her race and her gender. Reporter John Berman asked Love why it had taken so long for the Republican Party to elect a black female.

Michaela Periera challenged Love on that statement, asking whether her support had something to do with the fact that people want everyone to have a “fair shot at getting a seat at the table.” Still, Love held strong:

“I wasn’t elected because of the color of my skin. I wasn’t elected because of my gender. I was elected because of the solutions that I put at the table.”

Black Girl Hits White Guy in Class Because He ‘Enslaved Her Ancestors’

A Florida student was arrested after assaulting several people and issuing death threats during a foul-mouthed racist rant in the middle of a college class on evolution.

In the Florida Atlantic University class on evolution, the professor was talking about how female peacocks choose males based on larger feathers.

Student Jonatha Carr then started repeatedly asked her professor, ‘How does evolution kill black people?‘, and was unsatisfied by his response that evolution does not ‘kill’ anyone. She then lost her temper, screaming racist obscenities and assaulting White students and staff, before being dragged out and taken away by police.

You see Carr screaming ‘I will kill the f*** out of you, White a**hole’ at professor Steven Kajiura. Carr then assaults the White student, screaming that “I hate all White people…you enslaved my ancestors!”

The outburst was caught on camera by a number of students, who posted the footage online.



What set her off? The most innocuous thing imaginable. In a class on the theory of evolution, the professor was covering “female sexual selection,” as one student Rachel Bustamante wrote on Facebook:



The slide we were on just before was about Female Sexual Selection. For instance, female peacocks have selection in their mates, preferring the males with the bigger train of feathers.. Somehow she went off on some tangent with a question about how does Evolution play a role in the killing of all black people. Dr. Kajiura tried to answer her question even though he had no idea what she was talking about. She repeated her question 4-5 more times and it turned into this craziness you see here.

Crazy racism…instantly blaming all her (considerable) problems on the nearest White male. I just can’t imagine where she got that idea.

UPDATE: Carr was reportedly Tased after the incident, and has since been expelled from the school.

Because she didn’t see me as the first lady, she saw me as someone who could help her. Those kinds of things happen in life. So it isn’t anything new,”

Um, ok. How exactly is that racist? Keep in mind, Michelle Obama is 5’11”.

(B)ack in 2011, Obama’s top adviser mistook a four-star general for a waiter during a fancy dinner hosted by the Alfalfa Club. According to a Daily Caller source, as the general walked by Jarrett’s table, she signaled to him that she wanted more libation.

“I’d like another glass of wine,” she reportedly said.

Like a gentleman, the career military man didn’t make a fuss of the matter, according to the source. “The guy dutifully went up and got her a glass of wine, and then came back and gave it to her and took a seat at the table,” the source said.

RACIST! Oh, wait…

Not to be outdone by his wife’s ridiculous claims, Barack chimed in with his own:



“There’s no black male my age, who’s a professional, who hasn’t come out of a restaurant and is waiting for their car and somebody didn’t hand them their car keys,” Obama told the magazine.
