Is anyone still waiting??? They told me last week they mailed out another batch of cards and to wait until this week to see if it comes.

I am still waiting on mine too. Called Monday and told them I had not received it yet, gave then my info. and was told someone would call me back.
Haven't heard from anyone yet.

I called them (again) on Tuesday and they told me to wait until Monday (2/28) and if it hadn't come they would start an investigation to get my card. However, my dad had them do this going on 2 weeks ago and has not heard back anyways.

I called yesterday. They asked if this was my first call. I told them this was my second call and that they had told me to wait another week the last time I called. She took my info and told me I would hear from them in 10 -14 business day. She also made a note that I had a copy of my signed testdrive certificate.

Be sure to inspect your mail closely. On these free cards they do not identify them on the outside of the envelope in case someone decides to pocket it. They are very easy to steal. No name on the card just a free card. Don't throw anything away until you open it and read it.

I had a strange call with them the other day. She just kept saying they got sooo many responses to the offer (over 200,000). She took my information and asked what location I did the test drive at. Then she said that I would be getting my card within 4 weeks. She gave me the feeling that she had just entered my info. while we were on the phone!

My suggestion is - if you haven't gotten your card, call the 800 number and make sure you don't get off the phone without giving them your mailing address and phone number. They may have "lost " your information.

I just callled for an update on my gift card and was told that due the "huge unexpected response" from this promotion, the last of the gift cards should now be received by APRIL 1st.


When I contacted them in the middle of February, they reported March 1st.


Oh well, I'm confident that it will come eventually. I'm just glad I requested delivery confirmation for my letter when I originally sent it. It will prevent them from claiming they never received it...

I just called again, too. Due to overwhelming response yadda yadda 3-4 more weeks. Hopefully it will come sooner or later. After Chevy didn't honor a $50 GC test drive incentive (after many stories of delays) a few years ago I don't hold my breath. And I will NEVER buy another Chevrolet~

I don't know if any of you have still not received the gift card but I did not. They said tomorrow the company who ran this promotion for them will forward a final list of all names of people who got cards. It sounds fishy, I never got my card (my dad did-and we went together!) and it sounds like some people WILL NOT be getting a card. I am very mad and intend to pursue this through Mercury's management because now the dealership is calling me every 3-4 weeks to tell me about another car or see if I will be in soon.

WELL, 6 months after I did this test drive...out of the blue I get my GC today in the mail. Almost threw it out!! They told me I wasn't getting one because my form had been altered. I am so excited!
