ICE Agent union President Chris Crane has told us that ICE agents have been terminated for being "too aggressive" in enforcing the law against illegal aliens. But apparently employees who run websites calling for the MASS MURDER OF WHITE PEOPLE are just fine.

Ayo Kimathi, a 'small business specialist' for DHS and an ICE coordinator spends his nights and weekends preparing for a coming RACE WAR. But Kimathi told his bosses at the DHS that his anti-white, anti-gay site, "War is on the Horizon," was just an "entertainment" site that sells concert and lecture videos - and all this seems to be A-OK with them.

A Department of Homeland Security employee who works on, among other things, the procurement of guns and ammunition for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, spends his nights and weekends preparing for a coming race war and advocating for anti-gay causes, according to a new report from the Southern Poverty Law Center. Meet Ayo Kimathi, a.k.a. “the Irritated Genie," who told his bosses at the DHS that his anti-white, anti-gay site, "War is on the Horizon," was just an entertainment site that sells concert and lecture videos.

You see, DHS employees, even those with office jobs like Kimathi's, have to get outside activities approved by their supervisors, according to the SPLC. Kimathi's former supervisor told the watchdog group, which tracks hate speech and groups in the U.S., that despite her former employee's banal description of his extracurricular activities, the actual content of the site left her "stunned." She continued: “To see the hate, to know that he is a federal employee, it bothered me." She added that had Kimathi's site been accurately described to the agency, there's no way the DHS would have signed off on it. Possibly to keep his bosses from looking up his work, Kimathi used only the site's acronym, WOH, in his permission request. In addition to his involvement in the purchase of ICE supplies, Kimathi also had a public profile for the agency, speaking at vendor events. As "Irritated Genie," Kimathi also has a public profile as a black supremacist advocate.

The content of Kimathi's advocacy demands some clarification. In some (white, conservative) circles, the term "black supremacist" is applied with a very wide brush. Black supremacy was the implication of Maine Governor Paul LePage's reported comments that President Obama "hates white people," for instance. Kimathi's site is not in this vein of this imagined threat — on the contrary, War on the Horizon calls Obama a "a treasonous mulatto scum dweller," and lists him among the movement's enemies (also on the list? Oprah Winfrey, Whoopi Goldberg, and Condoleezza Rice, among others) Instead, the DHS employee advocates for:

The mass murder of white people. His site says, "warfare is eminent, and in order for Black people to survive the 21st century, we are going to have to kill a lot of whites – more than our christian hearts can possibly count." http://waronthehorizon.com/site/?p=1016

A conspiracy theory arguing that white people are trying to "homosexualize" black men in order to make them more effeminate and therefore weaker. As part of this, Kimathi, praises a series of laws in some African countries that criminalize LGBT behavior and people. Kimathi also advocates for the supremacy of black men above black women — he offers tips on his site, for instance, "to help every Black woman in the world understand what she needs to do to keep a strong Black man happy."

Conservatives don't tend to be fans of the Southern Poverty Law Center: this is the same group that labeled The American Family Association and pretty much the entire anti-Islam movement as hate groups. But their report seems primed to stoke the fires of a set of American conservatives who already believe the DHS is hoarding ammunition (contrary to the evidence), either to build a secret army, or to prevent gun owners from accessing it.

Update: ICE's Deputy Press Secretary Gillian Christensen responded in a statement to this story:

ICE does not condone any type of hateful rhetoric or advocacy of violence of any kind against anyone. Every ICE employee is held to the highest standard of professional and ethical conduct. Accusations of misconduct are investigated thoroughly and if substantiated, appropriate action is taken.

Christensen declined to comment, as a matter of ICE policy, on whether the agency was currently investigating Kimathi or not.

Homeland Security Employee’s Hate-Filled Website to Prepare Blacks for the ‘Inevitable Clash With the White Race’

Ayo Kimathi is a small business specialist for the Department of Homeland Security. In his off time, he reportedly runs a website preparing black people for the “unavoidable, inevitable clash with the white race.”

The Southern Poverty Law Center identified Kimathi as the “Irritated Genie,” whose website “War on the Horizon” is dedicated to “properly educating Black people to prepare for Racial Warfare.” On it, he also advocates for the “purge” of “Uncle Tom” “race traitors”; describes President Barack Obama as a “treasonous mulatto scum dweller”; and claims whites are behind the ”effeminization of the black male” that is “threatening the existence of every Black man, woman, and child on Earth.”

“Everybody in the office is afraid of him,” one of Kimathi’s former Homeland Security supervisors told the Southern Poverty Law Center. “This guy is filled with hate.”

“The 21st century will either mark the return of Black resistance to white domination or global white-on-Black genocide leading to our complete extinction,” the website declares. “Warfare is eminent, and in order for Black people to survive the 21st century, we are going to have to kill a lot of whites – more than our christian hearts can possibly count.”

The supervisor said she was “astounded” that Kimathi is “employed by the federal government, let alone Homeland Security.”

When the Southern Poverty Law Center, a liberal-leaning group that tracks organizations it deems hateful, reached Kimathi by phone Wednesday to ask whether he was the Irritated Genie, he hung up. A woman who answered the phone at the War on Horizon site refused to confirm whether the Irritated Genie was Kimathi’s online persona.

On its main page, War on the Horizon says preparing for racial warfare includes “intellectual, spiritual, psychological, and physical preparation for a global clash that will mean the end of white rule on this planet or the end of the Black Race as we know it. ”

“Please review the information on our site to understand the threat our people are facing so that you may make the right decisions in preparation for this reality,” the website states. “We’ll See You on the Battlefield!”

The site calls Hurricane Katrina the “the Bush/Brown Massacre of 2005,” and says it is one example of the “continuing white racial acts of aggression.”

Under the June 2010 article “Goodbye Uncle Tom,” the website lists Rev. Al Sharpton, a “sadistic political white-sex offender…who advocates ‘homosexuality’ among Black people”; Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and former Secretary of State Colin (spelled “Colon”) Powell who will “indirectly assist in the genocide of Black people; Oprah Winfrey, a “wealthy lesbian mammy” who does “everything in her power to assist whites in destroying strong Black manhood; as well as “all rappers,” “all political homos” and “all promoters and supporters of interracial dating/marriage/sex.”

“We must become militant, hostile, violent, and deadly to those individuals and groups in our community who don’t comply to Black decency and Race First standards. We cannot continue to be Black people with white behavior. – Black Afrikans Only!” the website states. “…Once we have largely purged our Race of its Race traitors, war with our natural enemy, the white Race, will intensify and become the single most powerful motivating force in the lives of Afrikan people worldwide.”

Kimathi’s former supervisor told the Southern Poverty Law Center she discovered his website in June.

“When I saw the website, I was stunned,” she said. “To see the hate, to know that he is a federal employee, it bothered me.”

In an email to TheBlaze Thursday, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement deputy press secretary Gillian Christensen said she could not comment as a matter of policy on whether an investigation into Kimathi is underway.

“ICE does not condone any type of hateful rhetoric or advocacy of violence of any kind against anyone. Every ICE employee is held to the highest standard of professional and ethical conduct. Accusations of misconduct are investigated thoroughly and if substantiated, appropriate action is taken,” Christensen said.

Illegal alien protesters are planning to "Shut down" the Phoenix office of ICE this afternoon and force them to "stop all deportations" of illegal aliens.

Gee...that's really brave of them, considering that the ICE office is CLOSED TODAY for the Columbus Day holiday. Brilliant!

P.S. They are expecting around a thousand protesters. Wanna bet they get just a fraction of that? We shall see.

PHOENIX - Immigration rights activists joined together Monday to protest at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Phoenix.

Carlos Garcia of Puente Arizona says the demonstration is aimed at stopping deportations for the day.

Views from along the protest route around 2 p.m. showed dozens of activists marching down the streets of central Phoenix carrying banners and waving flags. Just before 3 p.m., the group reached the ICE offices where they continued their demonstration.

Most immigration proceedings are currently on hold during the partial federal government shutdown, but deportations continue.

However, the ICE office where the protest is planned is closed Monday. Many federal offices are closed due to the federal Columbus Day holiday. ICE could not be reached for comment due to the shutdown.

Obama’s New Immigration Pivot Isn’t About Immigration
It's about putting political pressure on House Republicans as elections approach.

President Obama called Thursday on the Republican-controlled House of Representatives to take up the comprehensive immigration bill passed by the Senate. “This is not an idea whose time has come,” Obama said, “This is an idea whose time has been around for years now. . . and this is the moment when we should be able to the job done.”

The move is the latest in a pattern of efforts by Democrats to increase political pressure on Republicans, who have already ruled out the Senate bill, in the hopes of using the issue in the 2014 and 2016 elections. President Barack Obama took the podium in the White House State Dining Room last week to mark the end of the shutdown and laid out his priorities for the coming months. At the top of the list was a renewed push for comprehensive immigration reform. Congressional Democrats likewise are onboard with the new push. “I look forward to the next venture, which is making sure we do immigration reform,” Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said last week.

But privately, administration officials and congressional Democrats admit that they are unlikely to get immigration reform through Congress any time soon. Minutes after Obama spoke, Brendan Buck, a spokesman for Speaker John Boehner released a statement rejecting Obama’s calls for a comprehensive plan. “The House will not consider any massive, Obamacare-style legislation that no one understands,” Buck wrote. “Instead, the House is committed to a common sense, step-by-step approach that gives Americans confidence that reform is done the right way.”



Obama has long approached the issue of immigration cautiously, preferring to let congressional Democrats shoulder the burden of trying to push legislation through Congress—a fact that didn’t go unnoticed by activists. Obama has deported illegal immigrants at a faster rate than any other president, quickly approaching 2 million deportations in five years in office. That careful path shifted in 2012 when Obama signed an executive order deferring action for young illegal immigrants, known by advocates as “DREAMers” for the stymied legislation that would grant them a path to citizenship. The poll-tested election-year action helped Obama capture over 70 percent of the national Hispanic vote last November, and quickly after the election Obama made immigration reform a top priority.

Earlier this year the conditions were ripe for a compromise. Moderate Republicans, sensing that their party was rushing toward a demographic time bomb, were ready to compromise. Now the situation is entirely different. Some Republican proponents, like Sen. Marco Rubio, have gone quiet. The shutdown and debt limit battle has only emboldened the party’s conservative wing, who are less likely than ever before to embrace a part of the president’s agenda.

“We’ve kicked this particular can down the road too long,” Obama said. But the latest turn to immigration is more about kicking the GOP when it’s down. Immigration reform remains popular nationally, and the GOP establishment openly admits the party is on the wrong side of the issue. ”Now it’s up to Republicans in the House to decide whether reform becomes a reality or not,” Obama said, directing the public’s blame on the most unpopular political entity in America.

“I also believe that good policy is good politics in this instance,” Obama added. They certainly are for him.

Truck carrying radioactive material stolen in Mexico

(RNN) - A truck carrying dangerous radioactive material was stolen near Mexico City.

Jennifer Cole, head of emergency management at the Royal United Services Institute think tank, said the materials could be used to make a "dirty bomb," according to NBC News.

Mexican officials notified the International Atomic Energy Agency's Incident and Emergency Center that a truck carrying a radiotherapy machine used in cancer treatment was taken Monday morning.

The truck was taking a cobalt-60 teletherapy source from a hospital in Tijuana to a radioactive waste storage center in Tepojaco.

"At the time the truck was stolen, the source was properly shielded," the IAEA stated. "However, the source could be extremely dangerous to a person if removed from the shielding, or if it was damaged."

Mexican authorities are searching for the device, the IAEA stated.

Besides its use in medicine, cobalt-60 is used industrially in leveling gauges, detecting structural flaws and for food irradiation, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Cobalt-60 decays by giving off beta particles and gamma radiation. The CDC stated exposure to large sources of the radioactive material can cause skin burns, acute radiation sickness or death.
