My granddaughter did, thank you, It always kicks me out cause I am to old, but then when I put in a younger age it still tells me I am to old.

I just had them send me a password, so when I went in to edit my information, it won't let me do it either, but I am 108 yrs old, so maybe that is why I can't get anything
