"A former Mexican national became a U.S. Citizen a few years ago. When you become you citizen of the U.S. You must swear that you have renounced any loyalty or ties to your former country. Yet this man ran for office in Mexico and won. When he was called on the egregious violation of his oath of citizenship his defense was that it isn't enforced. So, The solemn oath is meaningless and doesn't apply to him. Is this the kind of new citizen we want?"

that's what O and democrats want................

Mexican Manual for Illegal Migrants Upsets Some in U.S.
By JAMES C. MCKINLEY JR. JAN. 6, 2015

MEXICO CITY - The Mexican government drew fire from American advocates of tighter borders on Wednesday for publishing a pamphlet that instructs migrants how to safely enter the United States illegally and live there without being detected.

Officials here say the small booklet, illustrated in comic-book style, is not intended to encourage illegal immigration, but to reduce the loss of life. Last year, more than 300 migrants died while crossing rivers and deserts to reach the United States.

The guidebook also advises would-be migrants to avoid hiring professional immigrant-smugglers and to refuse to carry packages for others. It also instructs people never to lie to border officials, carry false documents or resist arrest.

But groups favoring stricter immigration controls said the pamphlet amounted to a how-to manual for illegal immigrants. The booklet gives advice on what clothes to wear when fording a river and how to cross a desert without getting dehydrated.

It also counsels migrants to keep a low profile once in the United States, telling them, for instance, to stay away from loud parties or discos that might be raided by the police and to stay out of domestic disputes, which might lead to an arrest. Finally, it lists what rights migrants have if caught, among them safe transport home, medical care, food and water.

"This is not the action of a friendly neighbor," said Representative Tom Tancredo, the Colorado Republican who chairs the Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus. "What would the Mexican government say if we encouraged our citizens to violate Mexican law?"

Mexico's Foreign Ministry, however, said its intent in publishing the "Guide for the Mexican Migrant" was to warn migrants of the dangers they might face if they choose to slip illegally into the United States.

Gerónimo Gutiérrez, Mexico's under secretary for North American affairs, said the guide was written to dissuade people from making a clandestine journey or at least to warn them of the perils and legal risks should they decide to go. About 1.5 million copies of the guide were printed and distributed throughout the country in December.

"Just last year over 300 Mexicans died in their attempt to enter the United States, the vast majority if not all of them in search of a job," Mr. Gutiérrez said. "The Mexican government obviously has an obligation to take all actions possible in order to avoid the loss of life."

He added, "It is a natural and fair response to consider this as an attempt to promote undocumented immigration, but that is absolutely not the intent of the Mexican government."

But groups seeking stricter immigration laws argued that Mexican officials were being disingenuous in asserting that the pamphlet does not encourage illegal migration. They say that Mexico wants to continue exporting unemployed people and reaping the benefits of money sent home to their families.

"If the Mexican government were really very concerned about their citizens dying in the desert, why doesn't it use its army and police to prevent people from crossing in those areas?" said Steven Camarota, director of research at the Center for Immigration Studies, which favors tighter borders.

Others said the pamphlet only highlighted the need to revamp the American immigration system, which seems to have no effective response to the yearly flood of Mexican migrants seeking jobs. "The publication is nothing more than another symptom of a broken immigration system," said Paul L. Zulkie, president of American Immigration Lawyers Association.

the pamphlet should be titled DO NOT ENTER THE US ILLEGALLY and go on listing the perils of breaking a coountry's laws. of course i am sure word has gotten out that it is ok to break US laws. I can see the possibility pf spme bleeding hearts standing at the border with a welcome to the US basket which could include transportation to wherever they wish to go, travel accommodations, voter registration forms perhaps with democrat already checked off, ss numbers so they can work and pay taxes should they get paid on the books, driver's license so they could have ID, an ipad and free cellphone so they can call home, a free get into college form, a guide to where to get free medical care, free housing, food stamps etc

Mexico isn’t happy that someone who is running for president is calling them out for their invasion and for their predatory trade practices. They’re happy with things as they are, with American industry being relocated to their nation and their population being relocated to ours. For them it’s a win/win and for us, naturally, yet another lose/lose.

Everybody in the current and many previous administrations have worked feverishly to get us to this critical point, where globalist pillagers are ravaging our economy to the point of financial ruin, both from within and without.

Mexico doesn’t want their feeding frenzy or their invasion disrupted. When Donald Trump said what many Americans have been saying for years in recognition of the deterioration of our country, they felt a need to respond.

Mexican Interior Minister Miguel Angel Osorio Chong offered his take of what he describes as Trump’s “biased and absurd” comments and positions. They are definitely biased, in that they are pro-American, not a partiality that many of us would have a problem with. The only thing absurd is that those in power have led us to this situation and that it has been allowed to continue for as long as it has. Brietbart News translated Chong’s comments into English.

“You can tell he is seeking to generate publicity, and of course he does not know or understand, surely, the contributions of all the migrants of practically every nation on earth, who have come to support and back the development of the United States.”

Chong added, “It is those Mexicans who are over there, through various circumstances, who help, without a doubt, the development of the United States and to strengthen it and show itself as a great world power.”

“So I think that what this character did is to generate controversy and not productivity, or maybe surely the lack of knowledge of the contributions of immigrants in the United States,” Chong concluded.
The “migrants or immigrants,” as Chong prefers to describe the invaders, have not come out of some overwhelming sense of benevolence to support the United States, as he infers. They have come to make money, illegally, in their own self-interest. America hasn’t asked for their help and we don’t want it. There’s a legal system in place to fill those needs. Legal immigrants also wouldn’t be impacted by the construction of a wall, a of Trump position they took particular offense to.

It’s not only their invasion into our nation but the attention Trump is bringing to the exploitative export of our industry into Mexico that has drawn the public response.

They don’t like it when American political candidates, particularly for the office of president, don’t view the American people as cattle and the corporate and state rustlers are identified. It’s uncomfortable for them and they don’t quite know how to handle it. They’d like to keep things quiet, continue their exploitation and just change the subject, but that isn’t going to happen.

Finally their assault on America is getting the notoriety it has long deserved. The American people are finding a voice. Mexico had better get used to it. They’re going to be a topic of discussion for a while, and none of it is going to be pleasant.

and now Mexico Begins Charging Americans 20 Bucks a Piece to Enter Country http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2015...enter-country/ and what does america do? we do not charge, we provide housing, food, transportation, education etc for free. who is the sucker? we are thanks to our government - vote them all out

Mexico to charge Americans $20 to enter their country
At busy crossing, pedestrians need passports to enter Mexico

    By ELLIOT SPAGAT Associated Press

SAN DIEGO (AP) -- Walking into Mexico at the nation's busiest border crossing with the United States is no longer an uninterrupted stroll for foreigners.

Pedestrians and motorists have generally entered Mexico unencumbered along the 1,954-mile border with the United States.

Now, pedestrians going to Tijuana from San Diego at the San Ysidro crossing must choose between a line for Mexicans who walk through unchecked, and a line for foreigners who must show a passport, fill out a form and - if staying more than a week - pay 322 pesos, or roughly $20, for a six-month permit.

Travelers have long followed similar protocol at Mexican airports, but the procedure marks a big change at land crossings that weren't designed to question everyone and fully enforce that nation's laws. "This is about putting our house in order," said Rodulfo Figueroa, Mexico's top immigration official in Baja California which includes Tijuana.
The switch went without a hitch on its first full day of operations Thursday. About a dozen foreigners stood in line, directed by English-speaking agents to six inspection booths. It took about 10 minutes from start to finish.

About 20 people were denied entry during a six-hour stretch because they had no passports. Agents exercised discretion to let others through with a warning to come prepared next time.

Susan Cox, who took a bus from Las Vegas to San Diego and walked across, was surprised but understanding. "The more security, the better," Cox said as she headed to see her fiance, who was deported from the U.S. and lives in Tijuana. "Maybe they'll stop people coming into Mexico who are on the run, people who are a threat."

Others disapproved. Jesus Reynosa, a Tijuana taxi driver who caters to pedestrian crossers, said he has struggled for American customers after the 2001 terror attacks led to heightened U.S. border security - and longer lines - to return to San Diego and a spell of drug-fueled violence several years ago spooked tourists. "We used to have thousands of Americans, now we have few. Soon we'll have even fewer," he said while waiting for customers.
Motorists will see no change, and if lines get too long, officials say they will also wave pedestrians through.
The changes, which have been in the works for years, came as Donald Trump has surged to the top of the Republican field in the U.S. presidential race. He has insisted that Mexico sends criminals to the U.S. and he pledges to build a border wall at Mexico's expense.

For Mexico, it is a step toward closing an escape route for American criminals who disappear in Mexico. Border inspectors will tap into international criminal databases. More than 120 Americans expelled from Mexico this year while living in Baja California had arrest warrants in the U.S., according to Figueroa, delegate of the National Migration Institute. Some ordered to leave last year were on the FBI's most-wanted list.

But authorities say the benefits extend beyond stopping unwanted visitors. A recent hurricane stranded twice as many Americans in Cabo San Lucas than U.S. authorities thought were there, Figueroa said, and registering as a foreigner would have made it easier to identify those who needed help.

Figueroa said Mexico can initially process about 1,000 foreigners daily, up from about 50 currently. "If the line becomes clogged up, we will just let everybody through," Figueroa said. "If we can't check everybody, we won't."
Figueroa said San Ysidro is believed to be the first U.S. land crossing to have a separate line for foreigners to show passports and that it will serve as a model for others as they are upgraded.

Aurora Vega, a spokeswoman for the National Migration Institute, referred questions to other departments. Officials at the Foreign Relations Department and Mexican Embassy in Washington had no immediate comment.

Mexico warns Texas not to refuse its immigrants' babies U.S. birth certificates

    Published August 27, 2015/
    Fox News Latino

The Mexican government is warning that Texas’ denial of birth certificates for U.S. children born here to undocumented immigrants stands to imperil the relationship between Mexico and the Lone Star State.

The concern was raised in an amicus brief filed Monday evening to lend support to immigrants parents who sued Texas after being denied birth certificates for their U.S.-born children, even after showing their “matrículas,” the ID cards issued by the Mexican consulate to undocumented immigrants.

Mexico says the practice stands in stark contrast to the historical practice among countries to accept passports or other forms of ID to issue birth certificates.

[It] not only jeopardizes their dignity and well-being, but could threaten the unique relationship between Mexico and Texas, the Mexican government said in a brief tied to a lawsuit filed against the state by Texas Civil Rights Project and Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid.

The lawsuit, the Texas Tribune reported, was filed on behalf of six U.S. citizen children and their undocumented parents, who came from Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala. Other groups since have joined the suit.

A main point of contention is the all-out refusal at some county registrars offices to accept as a valid form of ID anything short of a U.S. visa or consulate ID card, the Tribune said.

The families who are suing say that Texas is violating the 14th amendment and that the state is superseding federal immigration laws.

Texas officials are claiming sovereignty issues and argue that the United States cannot fight them.

They long have said that consulate-issued identification cards are not considered reliable forms of ID.

The Mexican government is requesting that Texas be clear about what two forms of ID it will accept in order to give the children U.S. birth certificate.

“Our argument isn’t ‘yes matrícula, no matrícula,’” said attorney Jennifer Harbury, who represents the families, to the Tribune. “The argument is ‘what will you take that people can actually get?’ They have to take something. [The children] were born here. They are U.S. citizens.”

The amicus brief also claims that denying the children U.S. birth certificates blocks their claims to Mexican citizenship. A child born to Mexican parents has that right but must show proof of identity. Infringing on that is a violation of international law, the brief states.

Mexican Consulate officials argue that the matricula is, in many ways, more secure because it includes biometric technology, unlike the driver’s licenses in some states.

They say a parent’s undocumented status should not affect a child’s ability to obtain a birth certificate.

“We think that they are not immigration authorities,” he said. “The passport is the official way to identify oneself.”

question: since the mexican constitution is based on the US constitution, if a child is born in mexico to americans illegally in mexico, is that child a mexican and then gets all of the benefits from the mexican government or does mexico consider them americans?
