I got a phone call yesterday from FUSE TV. The said I was one of 5 finalists in their Super Bowl Bubba Sparxx contest. Unfortunetly mom answered the line to and said no guy named Bubba is coming to our house and so... I am no longer a finalist. If I won, Bubba was going to come on the Super Bowl and bring a flat screen TV, an X-Box, and 12 EA Sports games. Someone else from the sweeps board I signed up from said their boyfriend got the call but declined since he didn't want to be on TV... guess there's another good reason I shouldn't be in it. But we really could have used a new TV! Gee, my first big (what could have been) win, and mom killed it. Oh well, guess it might have been a good thing.
I did get a $5 Survey Spot check, and my laptop is being repaired right now. Hopefully they will ship it back soon.
Well, it could have been a neener.
