Shopper's Hotline is an exciting program where the company sends you a scanner and you scan all of your purchases, along with coupons that you plan to use,etc.
In return you earn points which you cash in for cash on a debit card. The lowest amount needed in 625 which =$10.
You do not need high speed internet, just a working phone line, which the scanner uses to send in your scans to the company.
