This is a program I've been a member of for over five years. A few years back, I had a terrible time getting rewards from them, but over the past 2 years they have really improved.

The basics: You scan items you purchase (groceries, etc). You also sometimes receive surveys in the mail to take for points. You are then sent a debit card and points are added to it. I'd estimate I earn around $50 per year for scanning. I believe it's worth it!
