I did this before and decided I wanted to quit and sent the scanner back, months later they were threatening to take me to a collections agency because they said Inever sent it back, Good thing I did delivery confirmation

Sure you aren't thinking of AC neilson- cause they did the same thing to me but this one is ALOT easier to use! Lot more payouts too and a debit card that doesn't cost you a dime!

add me to the list of being threatened by a collection agency and an attorney for return of the scanner and the software.

When I got mine, it came with a return shipping label. the software kept bogging down my computer, so I uninstalled it and sent it back -- but I guess they never got it ...

Mine was from Shoppers Hotline (kind of an off white scanner / base). *sigh* at least I am not alone.
