As far as I can tell from the rules this should be allowed here- if not, go ahead and delete it

I have been using this for about 2-3 years now and it is the lowest long distance rate I have found. It is 2.9 cents per minute (in some areas 2.5 cents). No monthly fees, no minimum charges. There is no catch at all! It works like a pre-paid calling card. You prepay for the minutes online with a credit card. Then you just recharge the account when you run out.
