This is what I made tonight, Poached Flounder stuffed with salmon moussaline, mushroom and spinach risotto, and asparagus, with a white wine fish sauce

very nice. Do you eat everything you make (at the end of class) or is that against the rules? I'd end up so huge from all those yummy looking meals lol

We can eat what we make, but tonight I did not cause I hate fish, spinach and mushrooms..LOL

Don't you like breaded mushrooms? It looks good but not to sure about the fish either---my fish has to be breaded and fried too. LOL
