Day 3
Here is what I did tonight, Pork loin, I butterflied it and rub it with sage, garlic and parsley then rolled it back up, Sweet potato mashed that's the little cone shaped thingies, butternut squash Julianne,sauteed spinach, pan gravy and apple slices cooked in butter, with brown sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on them, my partner and I got 28 out of 30 points.

Great job!I sure wish you wouldn't get me hungry so late at night though.I am a weirdo,the words "sauteed spinach"get me everytime.If you start making spinach pie,I am going to be going crazy.Seriously though,good luck!It seems like you are going to actually follow your dream,that doesn't happen for most people.

I have to look up how to butterfly a pork loin....that looks like a great meal....very complimentary flavors.....Great as usual Sheila
