What I made in Foundations 3 class tonight.
So day into my new Foundations 3 class we are already cooking, tonight I made Hungarian Goulash it had potatoes in it for the starch and for my veg fried squash..

Just today I was wondering what you've been cooking up lately.......
If that's fried yellow (summer) squash, what's in the ramekin? It looks really good (as usual).....

it is yellow squash, we were going to just sautee it in some veal stock, but my partner suggested that we bread it and fry it, it was really good. That is the Goulash in the ramiken.
I just got back into a cooking class yesterday, the past 6 weeks I had Speech and Culinary Math.
