Why do they keep messing with the original? Apparently, some marketers are trying too hard to sell this awesome classic toy. Based on the product images below, here’s what Once Upon A Win concluded as the true intent of these toys:
The Shaken-Baby-Syndrome-n-Spin (yes, we just crossed that line. Handbasket, us, helll.)
The Sit-n-Crack-Yer-Hed. Let’s see, unstable base + overly sugared kids = ER anyone? (I think this is last year’s unsold snow sleds just re-badged. Nice. Marketing win. I suppose.)

Did you like...
New Coke was the unofficial name of the sweeter formulation introduced in 1985 by The Coca-Cola Company to replace its flagship soft drink, Coca-Cola or Coke. Properly speaking, it had no separate name of its own, but was simply known as “the new taste of Coca-Cola”, until 1992 when it was renamed Coca-Cola II.
Public reaction to the change was poor, and the new cola was a major marketing failure. The subsequent reintroduction of Coke’s original formula led to a significant gain in sales.

Biggest marketing blunder of the century. My husband and I were just talking about this two weeks ago. That stuff was nasty. Don't mess with my coca-cola!

Oh wow what a memory jar-er! Yes Bob Ross.....our 5th grade teacher had us paint along and make his happy little trees. Fun Dip my kids love now. Lawn Darts I remember my folks having. The Play Family barn....does that have a lever in the hay loft that makes a mooing sound...if so then my parents still have it at their house, minus most of the animals and one of the barn doors.
Hey what about Shrinky Dinks and Magic Plastic!? I asked my husband if he ever had those as a kid and he said he had never heard of them before. I know you can buy both again, I always think I should get that stuff for my kids but they'd probably think it's lame lol.
