dangerous-- 4 merit badges?? How long has he been in the navy? according to his summer whites, no stripes so E-1 and no rating so is he in A school still? (15 years USN service for me)

lol.. yep.. in not quite a year.. graduating his A school April 7th  I think he is an E2 now
