INSTANT WIN GAME- Prizes/Values/Odds For each of the 380 Instant Win prizes available, a randomly selected time, (but not less than three (3) times per day) will be pre-selected, and the eligible participant properly entering a Code (“game play”) at such time (or if no one has properly entered a Code at that time, the first person who submits a Code the soonest thereafter) which is first received and recorded by the Promotion computer will be deemed the winner of that Instant Win Prize (subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules). If an Instant Win game play potentially wins a prize the Web site will display a “Congratulations” message, a brief description of the prize potentially won and prize claim instructions. If a game play has NOT won an Instant Win Prize, a “Sorry” message will appear on screen. There is a limit of 1 Instant Win prize per person/Account for the entire promotion. Prizes available to be won are:

(380) $50 TPG Rewards MasterCard (“Card”). (at least three (3) Cards to be available to be won each day), that can be used for gas purchases. Card is a MasterCard that can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted, EXCEPT at ATMs, and sales terminals that require a personal identification number such as gas pumps (but can be used to pay at cashier), and can only be used in 50 US and DC. Card has a “valid thru” date on the face, after which date it may not be used, and unused funds are completely removed from the CardExpires 12/31/08, after which Card cannot be used and unused funds are completely removed from the Card. Any unused funds at that time will be forfeited. Funds on Card reduced by full amt of each purchase including taxes and other charges. If available funds on Card are insufficient to complete a transaction the transaction may be denied, so first inform merchant of Card balance before beginning transaction. The merchant will require payment for the difference in cash or some other means of payment. Card is not reloadable, and is subject to additional Terms, Conditions and Restrictions found on insert included in the envelope with the Card.

Instant Win Prizes cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
