Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eight (8) years old at the time of entry.

The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), an instant win game (the "Instant Win Game") and the VIP Access Product Finder Challenge (the "Scavenger Hunt").

How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MANY WILL ENTER, FEW WILL WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. You will need a VIP Access Card to participate in the Promotion. If you do not have a VIP Access Card, you will receive a VIP Access Card via email after registration.

Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game: During the Promotion Period, visit http://sears.eprize.net/vipaccesscard and enter your birth date.

For Participants Thirteen (13) Years of Age and Over: You will automatically proceed to the registration page. Complete and submit the registration form including your VIP Access Card number (if you have a VIP Access Card) and a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. If you would like to participate in the VIP Access Card Product Finder Challenge ("The Scavenger Hunt") portion of the Promotion, you will need to opt-in on the registration form to receive emails and/or text messages with a clue about the weekly Sears product ("Weekly Clue"); if you opt-in to receive the Weekly Clue via text message, you must enter your two-way text messaging capable device number. After you complete the registration form, you will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the instructions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

Tell A Friend Program: After you play the Instant Win Game, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of up to ten (10) friends who must be at least thirteen (13) years of age and eligible to enter the Promotion. Each person that you refer will receive an email notifying him/her about the Promotion. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. For each referral of up to ten (10) friends with valid email addresses, you will be given one (1) additional Instant Win Game play and one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry. During the Promotion Period, you may receive up to fifty (50) additional Instant Win Game plays and fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries through the Tell A Friend Program.

For Participants Under Thirteen (13) Years of Age: You will automatically proceed to a page where you will be asked to enter your parent's or legal guardian's email address and indicate if you have VIP Access Card. Your parent will receive an email with instructions to register you for the Sweepstakes, Instant Win Game, and Scavenger Hunt. Your registration will be accepted and approved only in compliance with COPPA. After your parent has registered you for the Promotion, visit http://sears.eprize.net/vipaccesscard and login. The first five (5) days you login, you will receive eleven (11) Sweepstakes entries and eleven (11) Instant Win Game plays for the day. After you login five (5) times, you will only receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win Game play per day thereafter. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the instructions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

Scavenger Hunt: Entrants will only be able to participate in the Scavenger Hunt if at the time of registration, entrant (or parent) agreed to receive the Weekly Clue either by email or text message. You will receive the Weekly Clue every Friday beginning July 11, 2008. Once you receive the Weekly Clue, you can find the item by visiting a participating Sears store, or http://www.sears.com. Once you find the item, you can obtain the keyword ("Keyword") on the in-store sign, or on the Sears Website, and enter the Scavenger Hunt drawing by:

Send Keyword by Text Message: You may enter the Scavenger Hunt via text message, if you provided your cell phone number on the registration form. Using a two-way text-messaging capable device, text the Keyword to the short code (73277). Text END to (73277) to opt-out. Send questions to productfinder@searshc.com. Each Text Message with the correct Keyword constitutes one (1) entry into the Scavenger Hunt drawing. Entrants that enter the Scavenger Hunt drawing by text-messaging will be charged according to their carrier’s standard text-messaging rates and entrants should contact their carrier for pricing plans and details. Check your owners’ manual for specific text-messaging instructions. Text-messaging may not be available through all wireless carriers.
