The Promotion begins on June 16, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

Sweepstakes Prize:

ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Simple Man Cruise 2009 VIP Prize Package. Prize package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Miami, FL, ground transportation between hotel and airport, one (1) double occupancy suite onboard the Simple Man Cruise, VIP seating at a Lynyrd Skynyrd show (exact seating and show determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), a meet and greet with Lynyrd Skynyrd (all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and one (1) night accommodation at hotel in Miami, FL determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $7,000. Winner must use suite onboard the Simple Man Cruise in Miami, FL from January 8, 2009 to January 12, 2009 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age, unless accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-five (25) years of age in the same cabin or if a parent or legal guardian is in an adjacent cabin. Age requirements will be verified upon entry, booking and departure. A winner not conforming to this age requirement will be denied boarding.

Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; four (4) days and three (3) nights hotel accommodations (single room, quad occupancy) at a Sponsor-specified hotel in the Universal Orlando® Resort; ground transportation to and from airport; and four (4) 3-Day/2-Park passes to Universal Orlando® Resort Theme Parks (Universal Studios® and Universal’s Islands of Adventure®).
