Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $25,000 Shopping Spree at Ballard Designs (awarded in the form of ten (10) twenty-five hundred U.S. Dollar ($2,500) gift certificates redeemable at Ballard Designs stores or online at the Ballard Designs website). Winner is also entitled to a design consultation session with the Vice President of Merchandising for Ballard Designs, Inc. and a Senior Editor for Southern Accents at winner's home or by telephone (date and duration of consultation determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $25,000. Terms and conditions of gift certificates apply. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Instant Win Experience prizes: TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (250) FIRST PRIZES: Tote Bag. ARV: $25.95. Odds of winning an Instant Win Experience prize depend on the number of eligible prizes available divided by the number of Instant Win Experience plays. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Experience prize per person.

For All Prizes: No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsors' sole discretion.
