If Your Stuff Doesn't Print, Call Catalina If The Store Gives You Trouble. I Just Got Off The Phone With Them And He Could Pull Up My Tansaction And Tell Me That The Printer Was Messed Up. They Are Mailing It To Me. It Helps If You Use Something Like A Frequent Shoppers Card (ex. Kroger Card) So That You Don't Have To Give All Of The Info From Your Receipt. Also, Wait At Least 24 Hours Before Calling Because It Takes That Long For Them To Receive The Info From The Store!!!!!

Yes, this happened to me last week at Winn Dixie. The printer paper was jammed and they were able to tell that from the information I gave them from my receipt. I got my $3.00 coupon in the mail the other day.
