Melissa, you can use any zip code for this "search" if there's not an organization listed for your zip code. (I assume this is the problem you are having?)

I had that problem also. Got through your phone book and pick a zip code. and set the miles on 25. that helps alot!!

Awesome, if anyone needs a zip 97501 Jackson Co animal shelter, its near Medford Oregon... we lived there once, I just used all the zips I knew till one worked!

I couldn't get it to work with Mozilla Firefox, but I went over to IE and worked perfectly, any chance you are not using IE?
