I am hoping someone can tell me the details of the rebate offered from November until December 29th. The rebate was for ever $15.00 spent you would receive a $5.00 rebate. Does anybody know if the UPC Codes from the items are needed or just the register tapes or both forms of proof of purchase are needed to fuffill the rebate on the Pepsi products. Thanks

You need the register tape, UPC codes and the form. Have to be purchase by Dec 29 but you have till Jan 15 to mail.
