*Has anyone done these before? I did the last one, Charlies Angels 2 DVD offer, but haven't received it yet. I know I posted the Moulin Rouge one a long time ago, but had already bought, so I didn't do it myself. I heard they take a long time to get. I'm willing to wait, but am wondering approximately how long they take?. None of them list sizes. Any experience there?

It came via USPS with a signature required. It came just like a dvd you would buy at the store! Sealed and everything so its perfect for gift giving.

What are the required items and addy for the friends dvd and jessica simpson CD?
