These are the ones they do every year, some have been $10 and/or $20, but, this year they are $5.00 refunds on at least a $5.00 purchase of ANY snacks, ice, condiments, dips, buns, meat snacks, bottled water, pizza etc... so basically, about any grocery store receipt will do.

• Purchases must be made by 10/4/09, and received by us before 10/19/09.
  
• Limit of one rebate per address.
  
• Offer good to the residents of AL, AR, CT, HI, KY, MA, ME, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, RI, SD, UT, VA, and WV ONLY

I will mail, at most, 2 to an envelope... you send me a SASE, clearly printed, and, I'll send them back to you the same day.

FYI to those who got the forms... I sent mine out the day after I posted this, on 9/15, and, I got both checks today. One at my house, and one at my Moms.

So, it took 15 days to get here... not bad for a FREE $10.00.
