I download off of myspace alot of people have songs and if you have realplayer you can download it from there, also playlist.com, I save it to myspace then download it and if I don't want the song after that I delete it, also limewire use to be a good place.

As long as you renew your free membership monthly, the songs are free to download onto your MP3 player, pc, etc. They are in protected DRM WMF format, so it's not automatically compatible with Ipod. They have a lot of country, rock, etc. (I think they have the whole EMI catalog). You can put them on your Ipod if you buy software to convert the songs to MP3 format. I use a program called Tunebite. It also converts music from emusic, rhapsody, etc. for use with an Ipod. I think I paid around $35.00 to download tunebite, and it was well worth it. |
