The Flat Earth coupon on this site
There's been a banner here for about a week, that offers a free bag of FlatEarth chips. I installed the plug in after registering, but my printer won't print the coupon. Somehow it had an error but I have no idea what it was, it just stopped the printer from working. I think I tried it in IE and Firefox, and neither worked.
Anyone have any idea how to get this thing to work? I had my pop up blocker turned off.
Hope you can help. Thanks!

I thought the plug in WAS an active X. I installed whatever it told me to, and then I saw a progress bar as the coupon was supposedly getting ready to print, and that did complete.

hmmm first I got a thing telling me to install active x and then I had to install the coupon printer and then it printed for me. when active x came up through, I had a bar come up across the screen (under my google toolbar) saying it blocked a pop up and then I had to click to allow it to install active x THEN I was able to install the other. I hope that helps.

You're not alone, I haven't been able to get the Flat Earth or the Campbells Soup at Hand coupons to work for me. Drives me nuts! I've tried everything and their help section isn't much help!

I wrote to customer service at Flat Earth before I posted here, and they didn't write back. Most companies don't, so I don't know why they even bother to give us email addresses to contact them.
Do the Campbells coupons use the same coupon printer manager as Flat Earth?

Yes. I've done everything their help section says to do and I still can't get it to work.

Does it mention turning off any virus protector software first? I was going to try that, but I couldn't figure out how to disable my McAfee Security Center.

Well the only way I got the Flat Earth one to work was to copy the link and paste it into IE and then it would work - everytime I tried just clicking the link it would give me the - you aren't eligible page. Then the soup one worked fine in Firefox but that was after I got the Flat Earth one to print in IE.

I use McAfee and all I had to do was hit the "allow this change" when the window popped up. I wish McAfee had the disable feature like Norton.
