Hubby won one of those Open season movie tickets (or so it said) but he never received the email for it. I finally called and they then sent him an email saying that it didn't matter what the screen said, if he didn't get the email, he didn't win. Now my daughter has one and she didn't get the email either - it does seem fair that if the screen said you won, you should win. Anyone else have this problem???

Or if you used Roboform or something like that it can disqualify you. I would forward them the original email.

No roboform and no block (that I know of) - they said there was no record of the win and that it didn't matter what came up on the screen but that what matters is if you get the email. Guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens.
